Racist as can be! he yelled at me the whole time and threatened to black ball my best friend in dewitt co. Guess what!?? THEY ALL LAUGHED AND LOWERED THEIR ASKING PRICE TO SPITE HIM!! He threatened me if i took my $ elsewhere! **everyone read this*** co-sign anyone's bond without fear i promise you all that an indemnitor's form, even thou it says on top its a legal contract..... it is absolutely not a legal binding contract in the state of texas!! i wouldn't lie. the owner thought he could get away with asking, just because my friend is hispanic "can be even read or understand any english?" that was my breaking point. that pos mf messed with someone WAY more knowledgeable than himself and i have it all recorded!! if you are ever called for payment more than once, record it and file a harassment charge against them!!
