He was for some reason unable to cash out the CD the first time I went in and said he would call me when I could come in. He then called and said it was fine for me to come in any time and cash it out. However, when I came in, I waited for 20 mins and was told they still couldn't cash it out because Marco had not scanned in the death certificate when I brought it in the first time. The products they offer seem to be good, but they don't give them out to just anyone. I applied for a secured line of credit. They would hold my cash as collateral. I was still turned down and I have good credit. I guess the universe had other plans, I went to Region's Bank and got an unsecured line of credit.
