She was rude and unprofessional and rather than take responsibility for her employee, Jackie refused to talk to me and tried to force me to deal with the assistant only. I was really disappointed in her lack of professionalism. If you are a property owner I'd think twice about hiring Jackie to manage your rental. I also don't recommend renting properties that this company manages.
