I questioned it 3 times and never got a straight answer and never got reimbursed for it. The end result was over $3000 spent and it's still not drivable. And I was lucky I wasn't killed due to there lack of quality control . Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to the shop down the street.

The bad: Been waiting 45 minutes to get my tires mounted. Practically no one there when I arrived…read more (3 people in waiting area) Had to special order some Hankook tires for my Ranger and had to pay up front and wait for them to come in. When I got the call I came in only to wait 45 minutes after being told they could get to me right away. The good: once they got it in the bay it was quick. Also able to remove my spare tire from rusted carrier and replace the spare. Very friendly and helpful. Please don't ask people to pay up front for tires they don't have.

And as usual, I had another wonderful experience. This was my first time at the Montgomery location. Although they looked busy, Dale greeted me right away and took care of me. He checked all of the tires for leaks, etc., filled them all with air, and turned off the warning light. I sat comfortably in an air conditioned waiting area and before I knew it, Dale explained it all to me and right away had my car waiting for me up front.
