I am trying to get out of my contract with them and they won't send me the form, even the managing broker is playing games. I have to go to the board of realtors to get help and this will probably wind up in court! Biggest mistake I ever made when selling a home! Notice all the 5 star reviews were years ago, checked other sites and can't find anything better than 3 stars. Lots of problems, not just me!
