She has advocated for them in situations that were beyond the scope of what she technically had to by going above and beyond. She was available any time, day or night, regardless of holidays or anything else happening in her world. She understood the gravity of what she was dealing with and never let the constant emotional barrage she had to manage show in her work. She was fair, never showed preferential treatment, and made it clear that her one and only goal was the well-being of my children. At the end of any session with my former spouse, any phone call, any text discussion, any email thread, she always held above all else the question "what is best for your children?" Her support, advice, and advocacy has made a world of difference to them. In a very real way her actions, kindness, and guidance put them on a path of success. I am convinced they would not be thriving in the way they currently are without her. Their success is a direct result of her intervention. They are an ideal example of what she can achieve and I cannot, from the very bottom of my heart thank her enough or recommend her more highly.

To say that the circumstances were stressful would be an understatement. It took the owner Ms. Lynch three weeks from the time I contacted her until she got back to me and my wife with the paperwork, and I want to say another two weeks before were able to use her services. Unemployed and required to pay 100% of the cost of exchanges, Ms. Lynch quoted me a price per exchange 11% higher than was listed on her site. Because I was unemployed, I had to borrow the nearly $500 a month for weekly exchanges from friends and family. One family member who had helped significantly got her debit card info stolen and several fraudulent charges were made. Not recognizing Advocate for All's services, she challenged those charges. Ms Lynch in turn appealed the challenges. What resulted was a back and forth of some charges paid and others not. I attempted to pay for reversed charges as Ms. Lynch notified me, and even offered to pay all the reversed charges in a lump sum, but she refused that, choosing to pursue her appeals. As that mess played itself out, Ms. Lynch conspired with my wife to refuse to facilitate exchanges for reasons that were unfounded and for which my wife was not legally entitled to withhold possession. Ultimately, I was unable to pay for future exchanges until past were paid up and the past balance kept adding up. When the final balance owed Ms. Lynch was down to just over $100, she threatened me with legal and criminal charges. I invited her to take the steps she felt necessary but that I would have the balance paid by the following month. I managed to get the funds the following week, and was able to start exchanges again, but Ms. Lynch informed me that she would no longer be providing services to me. If this was simply a matter of business services, it would be one thing, but the intense emotional circumstances under which I was required to use those services added an additional, traumatic layer. Add to that, her staff was often late or did not show for exchanges, and the whole experience amounted to a complete nightmare.

I cannot say enough about Becca Kennedy and Jordan Thomas. When this case started, I was facing an…read moreextremely contentious divorce with my relationship with my daughters and much of what I had worked for at stake. As a father going into family court, I was genuinely worried about what the next couple of years would look like and, most importantly, what my relationship with my daughters would look like when it was over. Becca and Jordan were there through all of it. They were honest with me even when the answer wasn't what I wanted to hear, knew when something was worth fighting over, and were incredibly responsive. There were even weekends when I would send something expecting an answer on Monday and hear back that same day. I don't like saying anyone "wins" a family law case because there really aren't winners when a family is being divided. But the results speak for themselves. I came out of the case with 50/50 custody of my daughters, while my house, vehicles, bank accounts, and separate property remained protected. If I could go back to the beginning of this case and read a review from another father who had been through something similar, this is what I would have wanted to know: Becca and Jordan will be honest with you, they will prepare, they will answer your questions, and when something needs to be fought for, they will fight for you. I'm extremely grateful I had them in my corner, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I especially appreciate Becca's insight and judgment. She takes the time to explain issues, clearly, anticipate questions and concerns, and helps me understand not just what is happening, but why. Becca and Jordan are responsive and considerate and I have always felt that my questions and concerns are taken seriously. I also appreciate how respectful they are of the costs involved in litigation. They are mindful of billing and use their time efficiently, which is particularly important in a divorce case where legal expenses can add up quickly. They have treated me with kindness and respect while remaining professional, practical and focused. Their experience, attention to detail, organization, and steady guidance have given me a great deal of confidence during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend both Becca and Jordan to anyone looking for knowledgeable, capable, and conscientious representation in a family law matter.

It is difficult to find a recruiting company that actually provides both the resources of the large recruiting firms, and the family and friends feel...there are so many large "disruptive" companies out there that just try to churn information and don't (I think) really care about their high-value clients. I didn't get that impression from CSI at all. They have incredibly tenacious employees, who take heavy initiative and followup both with communications and professional care of their customers. I never went a day without hearing back from them - both email and even text! And I hate waiting for an answer! Monster, LinkedIN, and other massive applications I think literally drown their users, and are so saturated that without the help of a firm like CSI, executive clients will go unnoticed. LinkedIN uses mass content searches among millions of people, and with the constant strategic wording other candidates use, heavy dumping of buzz words, there is no way to get legitimate attention from Fortune 500 companies. I learned this painfully when I transitioned from the Navy into my IT management position. The offices are easy to access as well, being right off both MOPAC and 183, I won't have a problem dealing with the Austin traffic getting here. Don't use luck and hope to find the right fit, CSI is the place to be.

After signing the contract, the firm changed attorneys partway through the process. The new attorney, Nicole, was professional, responsive, and genuinely on top of everything. I would absolutely recommend her as an individual attorney--but not the firm. Over the course of approximately five months, there was ongoing back-and-forth communication. During that time, the firm advised me to obtain an MRI, which I did in good faith, relying on their guidance. After all of this, one of the attorneys contacted me and stated that the cost of their attorneys would be too high for my case, and as a result, they would no longer represent me. I was advised to seek another law firm. When I requested a formal non-representation letter to close out our contract, the firm issued a letter claiming that representation was ended due to a lack of communication on my part. This statement is simply untrue. I have emails, phone calls, and text messages that clearly document my prompt and consistent communication throughout the entire process. I find this handling of the situation dishonest and deeply unprofessional. Ending representation for financial reasons is one thing; misrepresenting the reason in writing is another. I would not recommend this firm unless you are prepared to risk being dropped after months of engagement and then blamed for it.
