Within 30 mins, Kelsey called me and gave me more information about my loan application. Kelsey then invited me to our Credit Union in Waco to sign and finalize the paperwork for the loan. In 20 mins the loan was complete and I headed home very pleased with our transaction. I have been with HOTFCU in Waco for decades and they have not disappointed yet. Holly K. and Kelsey Z. have watched over my finances over the years and I am very grateful. HOTFCU is very concerned over members and will bend over backwards to help all thier members. She assured me I could and it would be free. I didnt get statements until months later showing me they had been draining my account every month for hidden fees. I asked the woman that signed me up why I was missinformed and she had no real answer for me. The bank manager had no excuses or apologies either. I have 2 other great federal credit unions (educators credit union and RBFCU) that really ARE free and know their jobs their getting paid for. It's still NOT my job to do the jobs of bankers ect...I'm NOT the one getting paid for it.

Everyone so far here are much politer than my previous bank. Like I said the service here is very good. I like the fact that I can find atm w extraco in Troy temple and my town of Lorena so far. Very convenient. Not full service banks but a nice way to get some small things taken care of. I make full use of the atm that is located by the Lorena city hall. Thank you for your awesome service. The branch supervisor Ivette Lopez and assistant branch manager Estrella Garcia are very professional and go the extra distance to provide EXCELLENT personal help with a warm, friendly stress free solution to any issues I have faced. The branch is small, in a high traffic volume area. So I frown on folks who complain about having to wait in line while others also get outstanding service. It's worth the wait.
