They make life incredibly harder instead of making things better. Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday. I called to discuss that issue and they want ME to PAY to refinance to change due dates when I gave them my pay dates from the beginning. And when asked to help solve any issues with the account, "the system does it that way" is the answer to everything. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM BACK AND BE DONE WITH IT ALL. The customer service and the employees are greet, they are very personable. They get to know you on a first name bases so when you come in it's like you are talking to your friends. So cash spots are very cut and dry when dealing with customers but this place right here will make everything comfortable and smooth sailing.

I knew what to expect when getting a loan through OneMain, so my concern isn't with the terms…read morehowever, the reps really do try to make it sound nicer than it is. When returning to pay off my loan, I ended up waiting for nearly an hour while a couple reps were just sitting there. I was greeted and seated however no one asked what I was there for. A 5 minute process turned into a long wait for no reason. Additionally, I was not provided with any paperwork stating my loan was completely paid off which seemed weird. Overall, their customer service could be much better.
