More than a window company, a company that cares about the product they install. The lifetime warranty wasn't the only thing that sold me on this product, but the honesty I received from the owners. They are locally owned and live and in our neck of the woods. I had received quotes from many window companies, 5 to be exact, but not one came as reasonable and forthcoming like those you hear advertised. It was through our neighborhood site that we had heard about this company that made me reach out to them. I'm glad I did! They have a great work crew that installs as if they were doing their own home. Just today, Texas Energy Concepts finished installing 19 WeatherBarr windows in my home in Fairview Tx. From the sales discussion (not pressure presentation) to the completion of installation, the entire process was extremely professional, highly customer service oriented and, frankly, painless. I am experienced in working with vendors - both in my professional and personal lives and I can attest that the team at TEC was top-notch, friendly to work with and offered a superior product in the Weather Barr windows. I did my research - I paid a fair price for my windows - not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive, rec'd top quality service from the installation crew (ask for Cam - he is a master craftsman and pays personal attention to the fine details - he went out of his way to install additional trim when the gap for one of my windows was wider than expected) -- plus he is meticulous on every aspect of the installation process. My install job took 3 days, each day he told when he would arrive (he was always on time), how many windows he would install that day and when they would finish for the day and clean-up. Great guy to work with! Btw - I found TEC when a competitor offered up their name when I asked for referral! That alone, speaks volumes to TEC reputation, integrity and service to its customers!
