Appointments take forever, and they are crooks. Charged for a scope every time I came in even though it wasn't necessary. Doc spent like 4 min with me with not the best bedside manner. Saw Dr.Wani came in with list of medications that i am on, gave me antibiotic that was high interaction with lisinoprol called and voiced my concerns, was given another, helped a bit but was still having swelling when I eat, told him this on second visit told me they might have to have surgery to cut gland out. This place is like a conveyor belt, you get in for a consultation then they tell you you need surgery. I went to see Dr. Garfield Johnson today for the first time. At the on-line registration process you write down the medications that you are allergic to. Then while I checked in with the nurse she took those down again. We even went over side affects and why I can't take those.I get an alert on my phone from the pharmacy that my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I check to see what I am picking up. He prescribed me the medication that I am allergic to. I think that is just careless! Don't prescribe me what you give everyone! I'm ALLERGIC to it!!! Warning! Do not go see Dr. Manish Wani at Texas ENT Specialists at the Katy Methodist location. He and his staff falsely file claims with insurance companies and falsify patient documentation. His office documented that a nasal endoscope was performed on me on 6/24 and claims I gave them consent, which I did not. Dr. Wani and Texas ENT Specialist are committing insurance fraud by falsely filing a claim for services they did not perform. I caution any patient that sees this doctor or any doctor in their practice to closely look at your itemized receipt of payment and ask before leaving what services specifically will be billed to your insurance for the date of your office visit. Do not let this office or Dr. Wani take advantage of you and your health and your insurance company. read more

Dr. Jaecel Shah (Conroe & Springwood) was excellent! I had trauma to the nose which deviated my septum and partially obstructed my nasal air passage. Dr. Shah was spot-on from his diagnosis, advice for the surgery and recovery. The surgical result was a success. I am very satisfied with the surgical result and with Dr. Shah. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and had a caring approach to treatment. He was proactive in seeking out my questions. On top of the medical skills, Dr. Shah was quite pleasant to speak with and had a nice balance of professional and personal interaction. I am very pleased with Dr. Shah. read more

The front office staff was friendly and efficient. The care I received from Dr. Fox was exceptional. He was kind and a good listener; he quickly diagnosed and resolved my health issue. I am puzzled about Sarah R.'s review because customer service and concern for my needs as a patient were stellar. I am not on an allergy shot regimine and cannot comment on that experience. It may be that this practice took Sarah's comments to heart and turned over a new leaf. I would recommend this practice without hestiation. read more

Let me start off by saying I adore Dr. Anthis! He did surgery on my sinuses years ago and got me on allergy drops to help with seasonal allergies. I am 1/2 way through my 2nd round of drops at $200 every 2 months. They work for sure! My problem is the fact that because of Covid19 I am not allowed to walk in the office with a mask and pick up my drops. I am healthy and at the very longest I'm in the office in the is 5 mins and that's only if the receptionist is on the phone. I tell her my name, give her the credit card, sign receipt, and get the drops and leave, that's it. They are allowing sick people in for office visits and that takes at least an hour (past experience). On top of that, they want to charge me $10 to mail a tiny bottle across town. If they are not going to give me the option of picking them up then THEY should pay the shipping!!! So let's do some simple math...I still have a least a year to go with drops, that's $600 in their pocket. Easy money! Which they are not going to get because of principle! I'll be fine. My allergies are 100% better, Thank you, Dr. Anthis!!! I was just going to complete the cycle to ensure the best results. But I feel like I should stand up for what I believe in and what is fair for ALL! If sick people can go into the office then I should have the choice to do so as well! One more thing!
