I am writing this review because I have had Germania Insurance for over 12 years now. We have had…read morehome insurance claims, totaled cars, and and lots of problems through the years. We have NEVER had a problem with filing a claim, working with our agents or collecting the amount due after our deductible. Germania has ALWAYS been up front and fair with everyone that I know that have their insurance with them. Their rates are reasonable, and they offer so much more than just the average run of the mill insurance company. I think if everyone were honest they would admit that Germania goes above and beyond to help their customer resolve issues. The people that are complaining probably aren't being very truthfully and probably had other issues that were not discusses in their complaint.

All my insurance has been with Germania for the last 6 years. Two vehicles, two properties, and other policies. And that counts for nothing. Now I have to fix the inside of this house on my own. I'm guessing $20,000 to $25,000 if I do all the work myself. I should have smelled a rat when the original estimate was done. Contractor who did estimate looked over everything, but never did any measurements inside the house, just estimated the roof.
