This was my first experience with Golden Eye Associates. The receptionist was very friendly as…read morewell as Dr. Golden's staff. His associate was very knowledgeable and thorough. There were absolutely no complaints - until the associate took me to a table to pick out frames and order my glasses. The lady was less than courteous. She was very abrupt and treated me as if I didn't belong there. After asking if I had seen a doctor, I told her that he walked me over there. She mumbled something about people come in and sit there before seeing a doctor. My file was placed next to the table if she had bothered to check first. I felt very uncomfortable with her so we got my prescription and left. We'll be buying my glasses elsewhere but will definitely continue going to Dr. Golden.
