They were easy to contact and answered my emailed question within hours of sending it off. After going over exactly what I would get with my deal, I made my purchase and set up my party times with them. What I got was more than I expected. The bounce house itself was the same as pictured and a bit bigger than what I expected, to the delight of myself and my daughter. They also had extra chairs and tables available and brought them for me, which was a blessing (because we ended up needing them!). They were swift on the set up, went through their contract and liablility information with me, and walked me through turning the unit on and off if I needed. When they returned to pick up the bounce house and tables & chairs afterwards, they were swift and timely. I wasn't home at the time, but the other family members who were there said they moved so quickly and quietly, they didn't even realize they were there until they were notified that they were leaving. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had an issue finding the right key for our commons area and they remained kind. We got it all worked out in a few minutes and they set up everything for the inflatable water slide and even cleaned/disinfected the entire thing. The slide was in excellent condition which shows they value safety for kids :) Our event ended early and we were told to call if that occurred and they'd be right over. They came took down and drained the entire thing in a matter of minutes. Overall BOUNCE IT UP DFW is an excellent place to get a inflatable water slide and/or bounce house. Set up was good though 2 hours prior to schedule time. The bounce house was great. When the guy came to set up he said he couldn't pick up at the agreed upon time and instead told me 730pm. 730 came and went so I called the number and he said ok give me 15minutes. Well then 25 minutes came and went and another call. The guy now says give me 30 minutes...no we cannot give you 30 more minutes! We have a scheduled plan to do fireworks! This is absolutely unacceptable! It took two more calls and 45 minutes until he finally showed up at 840pm! It then took him 20 minutes to get everything packed away. Now we're at 9pm, all my daughters little friends have left because they're 5&6 and it's now way too late for most of them. Absolutely unacceptable!
