The crew worked quickly and in no time bam! the new roof was installed and the yards were cleaned up, the drive, porch and patio were cleaned. They covered the old exhaust where the gas water heater was, they patched places in the decking that had been broken. The workers did an amazing job.They even installed all new vents. Fortenberry roofing kept reaching out, asking when they could complete the repair... At which point, we reminded them that the roof was already repaired & provided a paid receipt by the seller. The manager reached out, informing us that while the repair had been paid for it has not been completed yet and they wanted to know when they could go out and get it done! We are thankful for their persistence and their integrity! You can bet that when the entire roof needs to be replaced, they will be the ones we call! Great customer service is very valuable!

Unprofessional Kelley F. laughing and asking me to "kill the squirrels" to avoid damage to my roof. He sent me a new Estimate to fix his cheap work, and demanded up-front payment, no Warranties after that. This is after completed work and payment of over $17,000 for sub-standard pipe-flashing-boots, destroyed almost immediately after installation and a Warranty that Owner will not honor.
