The good thing was it's very popular! Whether it's for prom or for a basic night out. The food is decent. The waitstaff was decent. We had a party of 6 but we had to wait close to and hour when it was originally said 15-20 min .Another issue was that the menu said steak, a price, with shrimp, another price and then ribs with another price. Each saying WITH. So I read it as with the purchase of the steak it's going to cost said dollar amount for the extra item. That is NOT what it meant. It meant or, not with. I brought up the confusion with the waiter he agreed it was the wording. Yet I didn't get what I wanted because I had to pay extra. I'm over them.

Overall a great value for what you compared to high end steak restaurants. For instance webers charged $52 for 16oz prime rib where Texas Roadhouse charges $32. Webers is fantastic one of my favorites places in AA, but what you get a roadhouse is pretty good as well and for the value cannot go wrong. I ordered 6oz filet and rib combo for $31 many other steak houses would have the 6oz filet in mid 30's and 9oz in the $40's. I love their complimentary bread and cinnamon butter and free peanuts. We tried their fried pickle chips super thin and crispy really enjoyed those. Service was outstanding they made sure my steak was cooked the way I liked before leaving the table. If you are in the mood for a good quality steak and do not want to break the bank cannot go wrong at Texas Roadhouse.

Tbh this was the best meal I've had so far in Ann Arbor??? We came here on a Friday evening and we had to wait around 30 minutes to get a seat. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance was very casual-- just a good old restaurant to come with friends and family. - Cactus blossom: 100/10 (some of the best onion rings I've had in a while! Super fresh and crispy. The sauce was delishhh) - Porterhouse: 9/10 (decent porterhouse) - Mashed potatoes: 9/10 - Rice: 8/10 - Green beans: 7/10 - Spicy marg: 10/10 (great size and decent spicy marg)

Service was excellent especially as busy as it was on this graduation day. Restaurant was clean with an upbeat atmosphere. Appetizers came to the table quick and tasted great. The burger in the picture was excellent but the prime rib was not edible, extremely chewy. I'd give this restaurant another shot on getting my prime rib right when I'm back in the area. Pricing for 4 with appetizers, drinks was definitely within the average person's budget. Parking was more than plentiful and don't let a full parking lot deter you as there is plenty of seating and well organized if you have to be placed on a waiting list.

Texas Roadhouse in Ann Arbor never disappoints! The complimentary bread, fresh out of the oven, is honestly what keeps me coming back -- warm, soft, and just perfect. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes the dining experience even better. I highly recommend the smothered chicken and ribs -- both are packed with flavor and cooked just right. Big shoutout to our host Riley -- she was cute, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. Great food, great service! Free ample parking

This is a very unique dining experience! Dimly lit and a little loud, but fun! The servers line dance and offer friendly service. The food is pure comfort at decent prices. Believe the hype about the rolls and cinnamon butter!

Not sure what I was expecting but this place was definitely a pleasant surprise. Their unlimited bread and butter was some of the best bread and butter combos I've ever had at a restaurant. Bread was nice and crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Paired with the cinnamon butter? Some of the best you'll ever have. Blooming onion was very typical but did NOT disappoint. Was crispy and their dipping sauce matched it very well. The steaks themselves were very average. I'm not very big in the toppings you can get on them, so if you go I'd say to just get a steak with no toppings. Sides were also just okay, fries were kind of crispy but wish they were a little smaller and more crispy. Mashed potatoes felt like they came out of a bag, they were insanely smooth. Overall I would rate my experience a solid 7.5/10. Come give this place a try it you haven't before!

Come here for the bread :) Those breads are to die for! The steaks were just ok, their cooks had hard time cooking the steaks to how you ordered them, we got medium on all of the ribeye's we ordered, some came out medium rare, medium well and well done. No consistency on how the steaks were cooked. Our waiter was busy working other tables, so didn't see much of him. Took our appetizer order and took our main order when we were done with our appetizers. Reasons for two stars, our dining table was sticky and oily. They need to do better job of cleaning the tables. Even the bread baskets were sticky unfortunately.

Chicken was good. The bathroom was a bit small but clean. Service was excellent. Strawberry Lemonade was amazing. Hats off to the manager for taking the time to say hello. No "Kersi". No one has heard of her :)

Half done, have raw (the leftmost cut is a decent rare, the rightmost is raw)

Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I did not want to cause any problems, but I ordered a rare steak and they brought out a blue rare to raw, so I anxiously asked to have it redone. They brought out a medium at best. I felt terrible and worked up the courage to ask for a new one. It was also raw on half of it. I'm talking, blue, entirely cold meat. The manager was rude to me and was only willing to take $5 off my meal's $35 bill. I really needed this as a pick-me-up and now I'm left feeling worse than I did at the start--plus I'm out $30 + tip for a terrible experience. My waiter was amazing though. Very understanding and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the cheerful and kind employee, (Bristol) she does great job . Thank you for hiring people who truly reflect professionalism and respectful, high-quality customer service.

First time here! The ribeye steak was tender and juicy and I really enjoyed the fries and house salad. The complimentary bread they serve is also really soft and tasty! I wasn't the biggest fan of their raspberry lemonade but overall, the food was great.

We grabbed a spot on the waitlist and got here around 4:30pm with a party of 6. Our waitress was running late and we were all pretty hungry. Despite not being able to take tips due to him being a manager, Matt grabbed our drinks and orders accurate and quickly and took care of all our little needs (we brought two little kids). He was kind, patient, professional and we were so so thankful to have him on a busy cinco de Mayo evening. We will 100% come back just because of Manager Matt's excellent customer service.

What a delightful and FUN evening!…read more First time at this steakhouse. It was a party of four celebrating my birthday. As soon as we approached the front of the restaurant, I immediately felt like living back in Chicago. As we stepped inside and I took a look around, it hit me. Walking into this steakhouse feels like stepping into a vintage Chicago steakhouse/speakeasy. The doors open to the faint, unmistakable scent of charcoal-seared prime beef, aged bourbon, and pipe tobacco. Dim, moody lighting glints off polished brass fixtures and Art Deco geometric paneling, setting an atmosphere of unmistakable luxury. It wowed me. It has been a full year since I experienced this. This steakhouse is the pinnacle of indulgent dining, characterized by impeccable hospitality, expertly crafted dishes, and an atmosphere of refined luxury. It seamlessly blends the finest cuts of premium, dry-aged beef with white-tablecloth elegance and a sophisticated, but fun ambiance. Interiors feature dark wood paneling, rich leathers, brass accents, and low, warm lighting to create an intimate and timeless setting. White-Glove Service: The waitstaff are highly trained professionals who anticipate your every need. Tables feature crisp linen, heavy silverware, and polished glasses. The Bar: The focal point of the room is often an expansive, classic bar featuring a world-class cocktail program. Signature drinks include bone-dry martinis and perfectly balanced Old Fashioneds. Reminiscent of a top-tier Chicago steakhouse! The menu selection is fantastic, and the staff is wonderfully synchronized with a keen eye for the little details. Everyone at our table was wowed and completely satisfied. The lower level cigar lounge had tremendous atmosphere and it was the perfect way to finish the night. Highly recommended you try this place. Let me tell you a bit more about La Dolce Vita & Cigar Lounge. This cigar lounge is an adjoining gourmet dessert and cigar lounge. It allows you to wrap up your evening with fine wines, single malt scotches, and hand-rolled cigars, even featuring elaborate, over-the-top desserts like their molten "Candy Bar Bomb". I will write another review soon because we will be back. I will also update the review and share all the great food and all the appetizers drinks and desserts that we had on my awesome birthday dinner! So stay tuned ;) ALSO I want to give kudos to the gal that deboned my Dover Sole, after dinner we headed down to the cigar lounge and she asked me how was my meal and she was very polite and professional it made me smile that she took the time to confirm how I felt about the Dover Sole. The details added up throughout the evening.

As we were walking to the restaurant, my diabetic mother started feeling her blood sugar drop. By the time we got inside, it had fallen to 44, so we headed to the bar and asked for a Sprite. The bartenders took care of her immediately and refused to take payment. They continued to monitor her, bringing her another glass as soon as she finished one, all while taking care of their many other patrons at the bar. They were kind, attentive, and made her feel truly cared for. Ben was our waiter, and he was also very attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. The food was so delicious we tipped the kitchen staff twice (I love that this was offered as an option on the menu!). We all sampled bites from each other's orders, and I honestly couldn't tell you who had the best dish because there wasn't a bad bite at the table. My sister even struggled to decide whether to enjoy every bit of her steak there or save some to enjoy the next day. Despite how delicious everything was, we saved room for dessert, and I'm so glad we did. The crème brûlée and the chocolate chip cookie cheesecake were to die for! As we were finishing our meal, we realized we would need to-go boxes, but since we had taken an Uber into Ann Arbor and the theater doesn't allow outside food, we were worried the leftovers would go to waste. Matt, the manager, came to the rescue and said he would be happy to hold our food until after the show. We were so grateful! Ben carefully boxed everything up, and we were off to the show. I cannot commend this business enough on their high-class team. A restaurant is made or broken by the staff they employ, and every single person we encountered went above and beyond in their professionalism, courteousness, and genuine hospitality. We will absolutely be making this a regular spot for our whole family and cannot wait to introduce it to our friends and extended family. Thank you again for a lovely evening!

Seating was simple and quick... they do check your ID at the door before you get seated. Interior hasn't changed and I don't expect it to change. I appreciate the old vibe that place gives. For meal, we ordered: - few onions rings - Fried Artichoke Hearts - 2 regular burgers and 1 order "over the top" - few beers The service is hit or miss, depends on how busy the place gets... our waitress was working six tables by herself, but she did all she could to help. The onion rings were awesome, fried artichoke hearts, you can skip... for the burgers, I would recommend you stick to classic - meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. We all got it med, the meat was juicy as usual and we all enjoyed it. The draft beer that I ordered was flat unfortunately. When we got our check I noticed that there was a "convenience fee 3%", which is applied to your meal prices only. I'm not a fan of convenience fee, if they are trying to offset the credit card charges or adjust their prices due to the inflation or higher material costs, they should just raise their prices to offset those. I also didn't see anything about convenience fee being added, granted if it was in a smaller print so I could have missed it. It seems everyone is adding on convenience fee to everything.

I think every single bartender I talked to over there had these attributes, and some even went above and beyond that too. I know, hard to believe, and the price tag matches. At least they are neither under or overrated? I come here for the bar atmosphere, the impeccable drinks and desserts and sometimes a snack. I prefer to go elsewhere for fresh oysters and dinner.

Phenomenal Dessert and Solid Tapas, But the Main Missed the Mark…read more Came here for dinner and experienced a bit of a mixed bag. The smaller plates and dessert ranged from good to absolutely stellar, but the heavier main courses left a lot to be desired. Service was very excellent and the ambiance was a perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon. The Standouts (5/5) Goxua: Absolute perfection. This dessert was phenomenal, beautifully executed, and easily the highlight of the entire meal. Do not leave without ordering it! Patatas Bravas: Stellar. Perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and the sauce was spot on. Tuna Tapas: Served with shallot and serrano. Incredibly fresh, beautifully balanced, and another major win for the table. The Middle of the Road (3/5 - 4/5) Katsu Tapas: Quite good (4/5), with solid execution and great texture. Croquetas: Just okay (3/5). They lacked that rich, distinct flavor you usually look for in a traditional croqueta. The Disappointments (2/5) Turkey/Chicken Meatballs: A big miss. They were noticeably under-seasoned and lacked depth. Señorito Paella: For a dish that should be a showstopper, this was very underwhelming. It was light on the seafood, and the overall flavor profile was just lacking. Overall Verdict: Go for the drinks, stick to the top-tier tapas (the Patatas Bravas and tuna), and make sure you save room for the Goxua. Skip the meatballs and the paella.
