Always have a great experience at the roadhouse ! Food was fresh and delicious and you cannot beat these prices. Staff is also very attentive. Will definitely be back.

We frequent this location often. The service is always quick and friendly. While this place is always busy they keep things moving pretty smoothly so its never a very long wait to get a table. The atmosphere is lively and comfortable. The TVs in the bar always have different games going on. Recently we split the porterhouse which is delicious. Tried out the new fire blossom this trip as well and are bery pleased with it and might continue to order this over the regular cactus blossom.

We brought my Mom here for her birthday dinner as this was her choice. We added out name online before heading over, and when we checked in, we were told about 30 minutes' wait. We waited about 25 and received a text that our table was ready. This place was crazy busy, but the staff did an amazing job of moving things along. The hostess that sat us abd gave us our rolls and cinnamon butter ( good stuff!) Our waitress came over quickly to take our drink order. We ordered an appetizer and had it within a few minutes. As I mentioned, this place was packed but our waitress, Ashley, was consistent in checking in on us, refilling drinks, and making sure we were all set. Food was delicious, all steak cooked as requested, and everything ordered was delivered. Honestly, I was amazed at what a great experience we had. I was not expecting to enjoy being there as much as I did. This place is loud, so definitely not where you want to be for a quiet steak dinner but a great spot for families!

I love how all of the Texas Roadhouse locations that I go to, they always are consistently the same. Rolls are always hot, soft & fresh. Steak is always cooked to your liking and the ribs are always fall off the bone. Service was great and quick, even right before closing. Restaurant was clean & I love a clean bathroom! Looking forward to returning.

I saw that Texas Roadhouse was giving all of their profits from today to our brothers & sisters in western NC effected by the hurricane so we decided to have dinner here tonight & support this endeavor. Our server Olivia was excellent, she was very attentive & always made sure my glass was full of drink, I really appreciated this . The food was great too & it was definitely a plus knowing that we are supporting WNC. I liked the shirts that the staff wore that read " Carolina Strong" . The chili & steak I ordered was delicious. Though it was busy, it was very well organized and I was impressed by your ability to handle a crowd, and I was happy to see such a great turnout for this event. Thanks so much for a wonderful dinner God bless you as you serve & give, Pastor Michelle 866-987-7729 Free 24/7 prayer line

Steak and frites- steak was cooked med well as expected. Overall good dish - family side: creamy spinach: very fresh tasting and not overloaded with cheese as you normally see. Def worth a reorder! - dessert: speciality Oreo cheesecake. Aahhhmazing! Service: (C) our waitress was nice don't get me wrong, but she was away from the table more than present at the table. The kitchen was also slower than expected, but we are not entirely sure if that was due to wait staff multi-tasking difficulties or the kitchen itself. Overall, the service was slow and unexpectedly poor for how nice and expensive the Porter house is- room for improvement for sure. Ambiance: (A) formal dinning feel with low lighting. Not busy for a Thursday evening so it was a nice environment- would have been perfect with better service. Would we go back? - for sure, food was great, just wouldn't set high expectations to leave sooner than 2-3 hours due to service.

When we got to our table there was a hand written card saying Happy Anniversary and a few rose petals on the table. This was a very nice touch and we genuinely appreciated it. Our server, Eddie, was very personable and super helpful with the food and drink menus. He is definitely good at what he does. The food was also spectacular! I got the Braised Short Rib and my wife got the pasta with shrimp and crab. For appetizers we got the crab cakes and the mussels, which were also amazing. Overall, I can't say enough about this place. Everything from the food to the service to the ambience made for a very special night for my wife and I. We will definitely be back!

This review is for they CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST that's done on Sundays…read more It is a fairly new thing they are trying and it is a great idea. It is by weight so you serve yourself and then weight the plate to gluons out how much to pay. This is very common in Brazil and I was very excited to come and experience it. We drove there and arrived around 11:30. The Instagram page said the breakfast goes from 8am - 1 pm. We arrived at 1130, there was nearly no food left and whatever that was left was cold. There's about an hour and a half left on the experience and I could not even get a second plate cause not even that they were replenishing. We told the manager lady that came by the table that we were kind of upset that with plenty of time the breakfast was in such poor shape. We ate cold food. No eggs were left, no bread at all.... And the warm food was in crock pots, even with that. They turned off the crock pots... they were already off when we arrived... at 11:30? For a breakfast experience that is over at 1pm.... I can understand that this kind of experience can be a gamble and the restaurant owner can lose a lot of money in food waste. But there was ways, maybe leaving the table open passing lunch for those who wake up late like me. Sunday is a day a lot of people go to church. At 1205 while we were still possibly trying to take advantage of the breakfast that is advertised to be over at 1pm, they started to break down. So we who were still there couple not have any more coffe of any of the food we came to eat anymore, and anyone that could come in last minute for the experience now will not be able to. If it was someone like me who lives half hour away, get here at noon to have the breakfast I would be very angry to drive and get here on time and see them breaking it down. I told my concerns to the staff and hope it will assist to improve the experience for their guests because this has a lot of potential, but it is not being executed.

I had a pineapple caipirinha. It contained fresh pineapple and was quite tasty. For the appetizer, we tried the chicken coxinhas, which is apparently a must have Brazilian street food. I didn't much care for them, but I don't think these were bad ones. I suspect that I just don't care for the mix of flavors and textures. I'll try the beef ones next time. For dinner, we shared the steak and fries platter and it was delicious. The flavors showcased the steak- no marinade, no sauce, just good steak, decent fries, and a cheese sauce. Between this and side salads, we were well-fed and quite satisfied. Our server was appropriately attentive and offered recommendations. I would recommend this spot for a lowkey, no frills, casual night out where good grub the main thing you're looking for.

One single person bathroom per gender. Food- hardly came our way, we had to ask several times if there was more meat coming. Shrimp came out several times to other tables but not to ours. We had to finally ask if we can have some. We were a table of four and kept getting the scraps - not enough for a table if we all said yes to the option. (Example chicken wings came by- only two wings available on the stick...) One time the meat came by with a long hair / fuzz attached to the meat and with seasonings... Salad bar - the lettuce and basic salad options were gone both times I went up to grab some. Drink service/ water refills were lacking. Had to ask repeatedly. Overall service - not at all the usual friendliness you can expect from a Brazilian establishment. Servers seemed unmotivated - just a sad vibe especially for Valentines weekend. Price- none on the menu. Turned out our "valentines special" rodizio was 60/adult. When I asked what that included - I was told it is because they offered shrimp and veal tonight... Way too expensive for the service and the ambiance. A disappointing birthday dinner. We don't plan to return.
