Came in yesterday got a ribeye. Half the steak was fat and over cooked. You would expect some fat on a ribeye. But half was the steak was unable to be eaten. I called and the manager and she offered to fix and replace the steak. Today went to get the fixed steak, even tried a different cut of meat. Ordered the steak medium rare and received it medium well almost well done. Called back again to inform the manager and she said nothing she can do. So you mess my food up on two separate occasions and act like there's not a problem. Will not return here. I will also advice family and friends to not here as well since there customer comes after that pockets are full. If I pay for something I expect it to be the way I pay for it to be. As you can see by previous reviews they do not even read the reviews. Most show inconsistent cooking of steaks. There big selling point.

Not bad for a fast food steak house. I enjoy the 6 ounce sirloin. I'm sure everyone has tried Texas Roadhouse all I ever eat is steak but the shrimp looks good and the salad is the best you can eat.

We're on the road & needed a hearty meal since we skipped lunch ... this was perfect - although they were busy, we were seated right away, served immediately & the food was great! The tables were turned quickly ... restroom was clean & our food was perfectly prepared. For us the dill pickle chip appetizer was a bit salty but that's all or just us. My steak kabobs were 5star & actually prepared medium rare which is tough to do ... hubby had the smothered chicken & the gravy was really great. Again ... it was great service so thanks!

First I want to say I have always had good experience at any Texas Roadhouse On 10/28/2925 my family had dinner at the Paducah, KY as we do once a month I got the Country Fried Steak Dinner which was not good this was beyond Poor Quality of food I have never been served a steak grilled or a chicken fried steak with so much Hard un chewable meat that had to be spit out which was a disgusting disappointment and shock be cause of where I was at! I asked the Manager if this was normal? he said yes it's is it is a very poor quality of meat so it's the luck of the draw for a customer which is sad that a national steak house chain would have that attitude towards the food they serve! They need to write that on the menu to warn customers before ordering! I felt like I was served meat scraps that should have been trashed! every bite I had had Hard Gristle that could not be chewed Very nasty experience!!! SAD

My granddaughter Addy loved her conversation with the manager.

Even though our sweet potatoes were late to arrive at our table. The manager gave us a discount on our meal. Randy is the manager and is very personal with customers. Thank you for delicious fall off the bone ribs and bbq chicken. We will be back.

Good food but their hours are posted wrong. Says they open at 11 on Wednesdays but I went at 12 and the doors were locked.

A solid meal appropriate value and attentive service. Get the half chicken with ribs and 2 sides $16.99. You'll leave full and satisfied.

Love Texas Roadhouse. I love the flavor of their rub they use on their steaks. Almost always get the bone in ribeye. Delicious

Freight House in Paducah is worth the drive from Nashville (and if you are a fan of quilting, this…read morecity is for you). We showed up right at opening, five o'clock, and there was already a long line of people waiting to get in. Make a reservation. I'm glad we did. We had a party of four and was seated at a low top that had a view of the kitchen. Lively open space with an open kitchen you can see both the cook line and the prep area. The cornbread was the unexpected standout of the entire meal. Mildly sweet, savory, light and fluffy all the way through. I was not expecting a side dish to steal the show, but it did. We also ordered the double stuffed burrata, and the bread it came with deserves its own mention. Crisp, lightly toasted, with just a touch of char. It paired beautifully with the creamy burrata and the accompaniments on the plate. For my entree I went with the grilled Caesar salad and added shrimp. It ended up being the perfect call. The portion was generous, the shrimp addition made it feel like a real meal. The romaine had this excellent crisp char on it that added so much. The dressing was heavenly. One of the best Caesar dressings I have had in a while. My favorite parts of the night had nothing to do with what was on my plate. We got to watch chef Sara Bradley working the kitchen with her team during service, and it was clear why this place has the reputation it does. I'd love to come back and try the prix fixe tasting menu next time. Overall this was a great experience from start to finish. And a must stop or destination when driving through KY.

I typically am perfectly happy to pay whatever it takes to get a good meal and usually don't pay attention to the bill But this bill easily exceeded by 50% What you typically pay for a high-quality meal And while the meal was quite good, it wasn't a five star meal The service was five stars The salad was good The coconut clam appetizer was good My branzino was quite the small portion and lacked flavor Our salmon was overcooked to dry The best part was the service it was impeccable I rarely say this But I'll never go back it's just not worth it It's a 150$ meal. Not a 235$ meal. Other patrons voiced the only reason they were there was because it's the only place open on Monday.

Truffle fries; don't use crinkle cut, you're not Culver's. Seriously, you have to figure out how to make fresh cut fries Or get creative w/ another spud. Chilean Sea bass; you have to give us a bigger piece for $62, It shouldn't be 1" x 3" morsel. Again, do better, It should be twice as big. If you're worried about running out, oh well, at least match the size for the value. Salmon seemed fairly big enough for the $$. You're a good spot fr dinner, but have to do better. Hope you take to heart.
