I agree with Kim B. I love the chilly, everyone loves the cinnamon butter bread. My kid gets so full off of an appetizer and bread that he never gets to eat his kids burgers. My bone in ribeye is always so perfect it's unreal!! Service is always good there. I like the people. I love it when they do line dancing drone time to time. The restaurant itself is not too special. It gets the job done, and it's just what we need. I wouldn't go there if I was expecting fine dining, or expecting to be classy.

Slow service. Missed items, poor tasting food. It's like Texas roadhouse attempted to up Applebee's on low service and high prices.

Bingo it was spot on! You are greeted with that classic RC vibe that invited you in and says stay a while. The food was absolutely perfect, and there was plenty of it. The staff is very attentative and there is absolutely nothing wrong! I mean you really can't fault this place. Needless to say I've been going since they opened, I believe it was 2024/2025. At any rate I still haven't gotten to my review.... Now for the good stuff! Here it is almost thanksgiving 2025 and we need a Thanksgiving dinner for a small group of family and friends. Of course my default was RC. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Taylor. I didn't ask his position or what he was responsible for, or anything like that. I had a few questions about the online order and he was very helpful, courteous and very professional. He helped me add some items and change some others. In really couldn't ask for more. Mind you they were getting swamped for orders. Long story short everything went off without a hitch! The turkey was out of this world and I wish they had it year round on the menu. Of course we got extra for leftovers. Sides, amazing, stuffing- mind blowing, salad- classic and the potato dishes, yam dishes and other veggies were perfection. Long story short after the holidays died down I decided to call and let the general manager know what a fantastic job this fellow Taylor did! Viola! It turns out Taylor is the general manager! Here's a guy who is the captain of the ship and he takes time during the busiest time of the year to talk to and help out some guy on the phone (me). I can't say enough! Thank you again and we'll be back!

I love Pittsburgh Blue whenever I'm in the Twin Cities, and now the Rochester location has won me over too with its fireplace and warm welcoming atmosphere. Ambiance of this place is a little different, there was one full section that is literally small booths, parallel to large booths and it was just kind of weird. The brick walls were fantastic. I bet it gets pretty loud in there. General review (unrated): The price for the rest of the menu for me, was absurd. Coming from Chicago area these prices were on par with places in downtown Chicago. Just didn't really make much sense to me, especially with the recent reviews stating the cook of the steaks was such a challenge. For those prices, the cook of the steak best be perfect.

It was easy to get a reservation and on the day, we were greeted and seated promptly! The service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. For starters, we had the lobster bisque and steak tartare. I will admit I was a little apprehensive when ordering the bisque but I'm glad I did! It did everything I needed it to. It was perfectly creamy and tasty, as well as comforting! The tartare was pretty good but we weren't fans of the EXTREMELY crisp "bread" pairing. The main dish was the Seafood Perlou which was almost perfect (the mussels felt off). The cocktails were quite good as well! There were some curious pairings and mixtures on there but they worked very well! Overall, this was a good experience. It seems like a good place for a first date, or a business dinner, or even a more casual outing with friends! It was good without trying too hard, if that makes sense.

We found the five course tasting menu to be interesting, but neither my wife nor I found the food to be delicious or memorable. Quality ingredients were top notch and the preparation and plating excellent, but we just didn't care for the flavors or combinations that came out. We expect when we get a tasting menu to have a few dishes that might miss the mark for us -- that's sort of the point. You're exploring the chef's ideas and dishes. It's strange when none of the dishes really hit with our palates and we travel all over the world in search of amazing food and dining experiences. To make matters somewhat worse, we did the wine pairing and oftentimes with the courses we found the wine did not pair incredibly well with the plates. Further, when the wine was served we never saw a bottle once and were never told about the winery, the vintage, etc. -- only the type of wine it was and what flavors we could expect. We've never had that before with a wine pairing. We encourage the chef to continue to explore his palate, creativity, and imagination and we look forward to the possibility of coming back again some time in the future to see how this chef and menu may have evolved.

Service was great at the bar with our server giving us recommendations on how best to have our dishes. Food came out decently quick with the app first then mains.
