Meghan did an excellent job handling communication throughout the entire process. From gathering information, providing a quote, and scheduling (and rescheduling) the appointment, to sending reminders and managing payment--she kept everything clear and organized. I called Xpress Windshield Repair and they were able to fit me into their schedule for a same day at-home mobile repair. The guy that came to repair my window showed up a little after 7PM, it was pretty dark outside but the repair guy was equipped with headgear that provided lighting. The entire repair process took maybe a little over an hour. It was pretty quick and I'd say it was all reasonably priced given that they do come to YOUR home to have the services done.
