Do NOT shop here! This "company" made an error in their accounting and then came after ME for it SEVERAL days later!! It was over $40. What kind of company harraases a great customer ($600/mo at the time) over THEIR employees mistake!?? Yes, I have the receipts. This is what happened: I took my product to the register. Handed the employee my card. She SWIPED my card, she put my product in the bag, I signed and then I LEFT. Next time I came in, they said I made the error!! I did not make an error. Whatever the error was, it was their fault and the employees fault! Not the paying freakin customer. In the end, it's all their loss and certainly not mine! Texas Tobacco in Sherman (different company) is amazing!!! No need to be hassled at this poorly run company. They never deserved my business! PS. I forgot to mention that they wouldn't let me shop their unless I pay their employees shortage on her drawer of $40. Lol!!! read more

Awesome and friendly staff. If they don't know the answer they'll find someone who does. Always willing to help with any issues and great service all around. They have a nice selection of vape stuff and tobacco. I had an issue with a purchase and the staff went over the top to help me out and reach a solution. Excellent customer service! I'm a regular and definitely will continue returning. read more

I usually go here all the time but have stopped going because of certain workers. A lady named kim has been rude on many occasions and talks about her other coworkers and the management terribly. I always feel i get overcharged when she rings me out as ive went in and had a different person check me out and it be the normal price. She has told me it was just a pricing error but the labels are easy to see. I will be finding a new vape shop soon. read more

Texas Tobacco is the only one-stop smoke shop and cigar lounge in Historical Downtown Denison. We are proud members of the Denison Chamber of Commerce. Texas Tobacco is proud to be the first donations center for Cigars for Warriors in Grayson County- a volunteer-led program that collects donations to send cigar care packages to our deployed, active-duty soldiers overseas.

I actually visit all of their locations because I travel for work and I get along with these people so well. They have so much in the store and they help me find what I'm looking for, or even what I'm not.
