After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I contacted several local plumbing companies for a quote on replacing my 75 gallon hot water tank…read morewith a tankless heater, and a whole home water softening system. Reformed was by far the best company I spoke with in that process. They actually came out and looked at the work to be done and gave me a very fair quote. They also gave me a recommendation for electrical work because I did need an outlet installed where the new tankless was to be put, and that recommendation was also just as great. When I was ready to move forward, I just let them know I was going to use them and they got the parts in and had me scheduled within a week. When they arrived, they were on time, and got right to work. They were very quick and efficient with the job as well. The job involved removing my old 75 gallon tank, clearing out the old closet that it was in, and then re-plumbing the whole closet for the new equipment. All if it was done cleanly and very organized. After the install, one of the convenience features on my water heater wasn't working as expected, and they came right back out and verified it and got a replacement part right away and got that fixed. All in all, this was by far my best experience with a plumbing company I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing work!
