Our furniture was supposed to stay on the truck til it went to our new home the manager guaranteed my husband. The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust. They offered @$200 to make things right which we have not accepted. The men talked non stop and goofed off. as I stated they were hired til 4:30. I will enclose photos DO NOT use these guys you will regret it too. now on to submitting this to the BBB.

I booked a move with them and put a deposit down. They confirmed with me that they absolutely had…read morethe availability. They said they would call me 3-4 days before the move to go over details with me, that never happened. I finally called them a few days before the move, where someone immediately and very rudely told me that they couldn't move me. They said they were booked up, and didn't have the men. Another guy then tried to tell me that it was an "IT issue" with their central office, not their fault so they couldn't do anything. Through trying to complain about this issue, I was connected back to them and spoke to somebody else. This time his excuse was that a "truck broke down" after I scheduled my move. I do not believe a single one of their ever-shifting excuses. Sure, they're giving me my deposit back and "taking responsibility", but none of that helps me when I have to be out of my place in less than a week. He just kept insisting that someone else can do it (and would not listen when I told him that I did the legwork already and that wasn't true). Do not book with this awful, scam of a company. They will cancel your move and completely screw you over and do nothing to make it right outside of the barest possible minimum.

She was fabulous to work with. No high pressure sales at all. She said we might get them installed by Thanksgiving and sure enough, two days before turkey day they were installed. The three-man crew worked quickly and finished installing the entire house in 45 minutes, just as Andrew the owner predicted beforehand. There was a little bent piece in one of the headers in our roller shades. The installer tried to make it right, but it was messed up during the manufacturing process. He quickly said they would re-order a new header and replace it as soon as it came in. We are very pleased with the final product. Our windows look beautiful. A very genuinely nice lady welcomed me to the store and that sure put me at ease! I told her that I would like to take some pictures and do a Yelp review. She said that was fine. As I'm looking around the place I noticed ladies clothes that I could tell were above par. This is an upscale place on a Main Street that could pass for a Mayberry episode! There was also a jewelry case ( costume jewelry) that looked genuine! Nothing cheap or trashy looking here. I complimented the owner and told her I would tell my wife about place.
