Today I visited Ace in Miami, OK, to have my #100 propane tank refilled. I know I still had about…read more10 gallons of propane in the tank, but according to the store manager the store policy is they charge for the size of tank not by how many gallons it takes to refill. In my case today, I had the tank refilled at another location and only needed 11 gallons. If I had refilled the tank at Ace Hardware in Miami, I would have paid for the remaining 10 or so gallons in the tank...which I already owned. I believe this policy is not right. The tank is able to be topped off and I should only pay for that amount. I have been a Ace customer for several years, but based on my experience today, I will not shop at Ace Hardware again.

If this had not been what we expect to be our last move (ever!), I can guarantee we would not use or recommend JoMo to anyone. Since the move (over 60 days ago), we have not been contacted by JoMo for any feedback. I think they know the kind of work they did.
