The clothing is good quality. I wouldn't say the are cheap, but you get what you pay for. They have changing rooms for men and women. The childrens section of clothing only goes up to approx age 10-11. They do sometimes have a few above that size. Above that size mostly you have to order off the internet. Upstairs they have a household section, selling items like lamps and cushions etc. You can order items online, for collection at your local store. The advantage is you can save on delivery and make sure the item fits.

The staff are usually pretty helpful and polite and the changing rooms are really big and there are lots of them so you don't normally have to queue for one. New Look sells a good range of fashionable clothes, underwear, shoes, jewellery,accessories and some gifts,all of which are very reasonably priced. It is my favourite clothes store in the Swansgate centre.

The staff are cool, and know thier labels, and also are great at ordering stuff in from the ranges they do even if they are not showing it in store. The clothing to me so far is very durable, like I bought a few zip up jumper things and I literally wear these pretty much on most days and I have owned one of them for at least just over a year now, the colour has not faded, it hasn't shrunk and it isn't changed shape. The only down side to this store is the prices it is a very expensive store when you pick up a top and trousers it soon mounts up but on the other hand if you go in there when they have a sale on you can get some really great clothes and a very reasonable price. The store is very big and spacious with women's on the bottom floor and men's on the top floor, the store is always clean and everything has its place.

Their sales are always worth checking out jeans for £20, t-shirts for a fiver, that sort of thing and staff are always friendly and cheerful, in my experience. I generally don't like shopping for clothes typical bloke, really but this is one of my favourite places to get a new thing to wear. Definitely worth a try.

I have clothed my son for a fraction of the cost that the label clothes would have cost me elsewhere. YOu have to be prepared to rummage through clothes though because it is a bit of a mess
