I always tell people that this restaurant has pretty close to traditional Thai, but this time that wasn't so. I like the dining set up, as they still have a sign on each table to show that it's been cleaned. The staff are friendly. Sister enjoyed a pho bowl. I thought the herbs (cilantro, basil, lemon slice, with bean sprouts) did not look very fresh. She absolutely loved her pho. She's a big eater but couldn't finish it all. I ordered Pad Thai. Sorry to say, it was prepared way too much sweetness. It flowed onto the plate like gravy, that's not what I like nor was it prepared like this the time I had it there before. Not a lot of flavor. I am a Thai chef, so I feel ok with my critique. However, everything was super clean and the food was served hot, which made it better. I don't like to pay for a dinner and unable to eat more than 1/2 of it so I certainly hope that they can improve. Another issue that we need to take into consideration is the face that they aren't Thai. Despite my sister's great experience, mine was not so I hope to see improvements here.

Pad Thai noodle! Not much of anything! No sprouts etc.

The Thai was the worst I've ever had, chicken like pieces of hard dry jerky!! You need to fix your food!! No sprouts big pieces of onion!!

Overall, this place gets the job done if you want Thai food, but it's nothing special. An analysis of the entrees we ordered to share: - Peanut curry pad Thai: the peanut and curry flavors weren't very well incorporated. It just tasted like spicy peanut butter sauce. I did appreciate them allowing me to substitute broccoli instead of onions. - Pad cashew: the sauce was unlike any other pad cashew sauce I've had, and not in a good way. It was like a sweet soy sauce and overly salty. - Pineapple fried rice: it was a small portion for fried rice, and run of the mill. - Peanut curry with pork: this sauce tasted a lot better than my peanut curry pad thai sauce. It had the right balance between sweet and savory flavors. This was probably my favorite dish of the night and tasted great on rice. The quality of food definitely depends on what you order here. Overall, I'd say it was okay but not great.

In a strip mall on Airport road. 4 booths and 4 tables set up on the right side of the restaurant. We ordered a peanut curry pad Thai with chicken, steamed tofu and veggies ($2 extra) at 3x hot and a Thai Red Gang curry sauce sans shrimp medium plus spice. Our waiter's mask fell down while he took our order. Their fruit bubbles are made with a powder. The coconuts water is out of a can. My husband reminded the waiter that he wanted his peanut curry Pad Thai 3x hot. The waiter said he had already put it in as normal spice and would give him a side of chili. My husband asked if it was a problem to have the chili oil added in as it was cooked up or not. The other woman behind the counter chimed in and told him to go tell them in the the back, as if that was hard to do. The peanut curry pad Thai is definitely spicy, creamy peanut sauce and super flavorful. The heat index is working for my husband, it's making his nose run. My Thai ocean is okay, the scallops are a bit mushy, the krab is the imitation kind, of course. The krab was mushy and firm in parts, a mixed bag. The lobster tail is the best part of this Thai ocean combo. The veggies and curry are decent. Service was good. Food wasn't bad. Glad to see they didn't charge me for the tiny chili oil. $39.11 for the two dishes.

This has the greatest Thai food in the region. The Thai can be made with more heat & does a thorough job of enjoyment until the last morsel.

We split a braised beef and a mushroom gnocchi and found them to be a wonderful balance. The braised beef was recommended from our table neighbors and did not disappoint. The sprouts add a pop of freshness to pasta dishes that, somehow, do not make you leave feeling heavy. Topped off a lovely dinner with an espresso-tini for dessert. Yum.

The service was very friendly, and the food came out promptly. The small Italian chop salad ($8) was ordered to start the meal. It came with brick cheese, pepperoncini, sweety drop peppers, croutons, parm, and an Italian vinaigrette. This was very good and fresh. There was enough of all the ingredients, and they mixed well with one another. It was lightly dressed too. For dinner, two pastas were split, the pesto ($16) and scallop ($21). The pesto had creste di Gallo pasta with toasted pistachio, basil, and parm. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente, but the pesto sauce itself seemed to be missing something. Everything was definitely fresh and the crushed pistachios were a nice touch, but it just seemed to lack something. The scallop had gnocchetti, roasted corn, marinated tomato, white wine sauce, dill, and sunflower sprouts. This was top notch. The sauce was very flavorful, and again the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente. The fresh corn and tomatoes just enhanced the spectacular white wine sauce. Will I go back? Easily.

A modern ambiance with great service and good sized crowd. Our server was attentive and friendly and professional. They had a solid food and drink menu and we enjoyed our oysters and tuna carpaccio apps. The avocado toast was inedible. The eggs were barely cooked. The greens were plain and undressed (bitter arugula). The tomatoes were soggy. The bread was thin and untoasted, so it got soggy really quickly. The avocado was a thin consistency (maybe packaged avo?), browning, and a super thin layer. They gave me a little side of fresh berries that seemed like they were packaged for a few days (strawberries a little sketch.) They were out of almond croissants and many other pastries (10a on a tues.) You order at the counter and they bring food to you. I found a paid parking spot in the lot right in front ($1.50/hr or so). There are lots of cute seating areas so this space would have potential if they fix the food situation. The pictures on their Instagram made it look much tastier than it was :/

We were at the kitchen counter and the head chef/owner talked to us a lot while he was at the pass finishing dishes. He was not overbearing, where it was annoying. He was very friendly. He asked a lot of questions and we returned the favor. He went around talking to other tables too. Besides him, the rest of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating, including the chefs doing the cooking! It was one of the best experiences I had in regard to the staff. I have included what I ate below. Everything was timed out well too. Our Bread ($8) - This was a cheddar bread with ranch butter. This was very good. It came out extremely warm. The ranch butter was light and paired perfectly with the soft inside and slight crisp on the outside of the bread. Cucumber ($16) - This came with salsa Macha, pickled jalapeno, and cilantro. This appeared extremely fresh. There was a slight kick from the jalapenos and/or salsa. It all went well together with one another. Ricotta Gnudi ($17) - This came with pea, basil, country ham, and Marcona almonds. The gnudi had an unreal texture. The almonds were a nice added touch for some crunch. I did not really think the ham was needed. Potato ($17) - This came in a brown-butter cheese sauce with shallots and pickled mushrooms. This was my favorite non dessert dish of the night. The cheese sauce was unreal with tons of flavors, while the pickled mushrooms combined with the crispy shallots made for a superb pairing. Fried Chicken ($16) - This came with two large chicken pieces with a white BBQ sauce. This was brined in Earl Grey tea. The skin was crispy as anything, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. It was moist with great color. The white BBQ sauce was one of the best sauces I had in a while. I do not have much experience with white BBQ sauces, but this was tremendous. The vinegar could really be tasted and paired well with the hot crispy skin of the chicken. Halibut ($47) - This came with white beans, chermoula, and black garlic. The halibut was cooked perfectly, and the chermoula was ideal with the slight crisp from the large beans. There was also a nice crunch from crispy brown rice it seemed like. Key Lime Pie ($16) - This was with a homemade graham crust, white chocolate, and a basil meringue. This was my favorite overall dish of the night. The crust was one of the best I ever had. It was so buttery and had a perfect thickness to the key lime filling. The little meringue pieces on top was an ideal topping. Will I go back? Obvious.
