This place is amazing. The food is the best. Plus prices are fair. The service is always fantastic. This is one of your favorite places.

On principle, I seldom rate anything 5 stars. So many people rate EVERYTHING 5 starts that the rating quickly becomes meaningless. Regardless, I'm going to abandon that principle this time. There are a number of good Thai restaurants in Utah Valley and, particularly in Provo-Orem. But this out-of-the-way, quiet place tops them all. The food was delicious and well-presented at a reasonable price, Most main dishes were in the $12 range. There were 3 of us. I had Panang curry with crispy fried tofu. One of the others had the mango curry, also with crispy fried tofu. She had previously had their peach curry. All three of those were excellent. Unfortunately our friend, who eats mostly by habit (what did I eat last time I ate something from Asia? I'll have that again), chose the orange chicken. She said it was also excellent. I took a bit and agree with her. We shared a sserving of the fresh veggie spring rolls with egg and basil and agreed that we could have dined on them alone. Give this place a try. I ordered a tofu pad Thai and a pumpkin tofu curry tonight Upon arriving home, I found there was not a single piece of pumpkin in the curry --- only loads of tofu, 7ish pieces of red and green pepper, 5 carrot slivers and about 3 zucchini I called the restaurant saying there was no pumpkin in my pumpkin curry and the waiter was SO argumentative and discourteous!.!..!!..!...... The parking situation is a bit funky, but it's also fairly accessible using the UVX system, which is great news for college students. Both times I've gone, it's been fairly quiet inside the restaurant, but plenty of people coming in to pick up their takeout orders. read more

I literally had no idea this restaurant was even here .... and now I'm sad I haven't been here sooner. It was a delightful discovery and we will definitely be back. This Massaman was some of the best we've ever had - that's why there was only one picture of the food. We were literally in shock how good it was. Came w/ my son. The restaurant staff consisted of one middle aged thai guy. We asked what the "egg-basil spring rolls" were like, and he explained unhelpfully "its spring rolls with eggs and basil." But the food was incredible. The spring rolls were really delicious and fresh. They had pumpkin curry which my son loved. Later my wife got some leftovers and adored it. They have a senior meal which is a sampling of two different entrees and a fried dumpling. Six entrees were listed as possible choices. Five were chicken, so I got massaman chicken and then the lone senior beef choice - pepper beef. Usually I am not a fan of pepper beef but this was the best pepper beef ever. i loved it. In fact when I took home leftovers I got mad when my son ate "my" pepper beef. The Massamun curry was bright yellow and extremely sweet yet complex in flavor. Again all who tried it sang its praise. As an experienced restaurant visitor I'm a little embarrassed to admit that my fave Thai place in the world is a teensy hole in the wall in Provo UT, but reality is what it is. Oh my. This place was so good. I came here with some friends and we had a great time. The restaurant isn't super spacious, and there were several families already seated, but the hostess was super attentive and we were seated immediately. They seemed to be slightly understaffed, but they did the best they could to keep our drinks full and ask us if we needed anything. I always hate not being able to give 5 stars because the service doesn't merit it. They only have one girl who attends and she's focused on other things not bringing or filling water. With that said, FOOD IS AMAZING! I've tried so many Thai restaurants and finally found this one since it was near the train station and I could walk to it. Truly filling, tasty, and flavorful. This is a great option for your Thai needs. Decent prices, large portions, very tasty options, and good service. The Tom Kha was excellent and the perfect pre-game option. The Yellow and Massaman curry did not disappoint, recommend these but I'm sure anything on the menu is great. Thai places are usually stingy about bringing more rice but felt nothing of the sort from them here. It was easy to request more and they stayed on top of the service. Brought a date here and the food brought out the best in us. It was easy to talk and enjoy the meal. read more

I NEVER leave reviews hardly ever. That's how good this place is. I've taken literally everyone I've ever cared about to Thai Neighbor Cuisine 1, that's how important it is to me. Their prices are SO reasonable, especially for how big their portion sizes are (I almost ALWAYS have leftovers), the taste is SO good and flavorful, and even though they are a little short staffed, their server is AMAZING and attentive and always gets the food out as fast as she can. Seriously, it's impressive how well she juggles everything she has to do, especially when they get busier (but they're hardly ever packed). I love the decor and the lighting in the restaurant as well, it's so quaint and has so many different decor and art, I love it. Their peach curry, massaman curry, and spring rolls with peanut sauce are THE BEST things on the menu! This is a MUST if you're in the area and love Thai food! read more

I wish I had taken pictures, but man it was delicious! I got the lunch special Massam with chicken and the cashew chicken along with some dumplings and wontons. Let me just tell you the flavor of the wontons and the dumplings with the sauce they had was amazing. They were nice and crisp but not burnt. Then the Massam with chicken had a great flavor. I just wish there was more rice to go with it. The cashew chicken was good and had a good mix of vegetables. Will definitely be going back and taking pictures next time! We've been going here since it has opened. Good is always excellent. One of our favorite thai places. The yellow curry is amazing. It's a go to whenever im taking a friend to lunch. Fun little Thai place where the building and location are pretty sketch but they have done their best to dress it up and make it feel cozy. The spring rolls were great with a peanut sweet chili sauce, the Tom Yum Goong was a bit salty but had a plump shrimp and a good lemongrass flavor, and the green curry was fresh. The place is casual but our server was attentive and we had a fun meal. It looks like the employees are just the family and some friends so the service can be slowish. They are not normally super busy so you can get your food quickly. Truly decent. Divey atmosphere. Great prices. Maybe only one waitress. Ask not to be seated near the BYU students on a first date maybe. The massaman curry was nice and creamy and flavorful. They put a heavy roast on their roast peppers and you really taste it, unlke some other excellent thai restaurants that make their peppers as neutral as possible so that they only add heat. Both methods are valid. There are a number of good thai curry places, and this is one of 'em. My friend really really liked the beef salad. My other friend seemed to find the pho acceptable though there was confusion over whether it *comes with the thai basil and sliced peppers. I mean if you were all going out for pho maybe there's a better place, but if only one of you wants pho it sounds like it's alright? They had orange chicken for the little girl and she liked it.
