It took me a while to find the page and leave a review with Photos, which is why I didn't leave one sooner. I spent way too much money to have this happen. It was my first time here and I was greeted so sweetly and offered refreshments. My nail techs were Leyna along with Sophia. And they were absolutely amazing. Leyna made my feet so incredibly soft, and she gives one of the best massages I've ever received. I felt so relaxed by her touch, I could've honestly fallen asleep. My first visit here was the complete opposite of today's visit -- I had such a great experience, which is why I came back (for the same service). Unfortunately, my second visit was extremely disappointing. I spent over two hours at this salon and walked out with uneven nails, cuts on my fingers, and polish that looked rushed and poorly done. For something I paid my hard-earned money for, the quality was far below what anyone should expect. What made it worse is that no one asked how my nails looked when I was checking out. It honestly felt like they knew the work wasn't up to standard and chose not to address it. A simple check-in or acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
