Recently, I had them take down a few oak trees when it was bitterly cold out. They asked me how low I wanted them cut, and at the time, I wanted to leave some taller "snags" for critters. A month later, I changed my mind and wanted the stumps cut much lower. My neighbor hired them, so I texted them to see if they could pop over and cut mine lower while they were next door. "Yes", they said, and they didn't even charge me! They also cut the huge trunks into smaller, manageable pieces and even stacked them! Friendly crew, very good equipment, and always willing to help! If you need tree work, these are your people!

It also said once payment is received we will be put on the schedule. After a week I called to see roughly when we would be scheduled. They didn't have a date at that time. Called back one week later and was told end of week. They didn't come. Called again and once again told end of week if Mother Nature allows. She aloud and Thursday driveway was prepped when we were at work. All looked good. Friday they finished and when I looked it over again found a hole the size of a peach. Called to let them know and I felt I wasn't being listened to as explained the hole. I was told to email pictures to someone's email (no name was given). That email was bad. Tried several times and gave up. Other than the hole it looks good. You can see where the hole is from the rain.
