I had them replace my vinyl liner in the pool 2 years ago. There were wrinkles in the liner after…read moreinstallation. The liner slipped out during the winter when the cover was on. Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

I was shocked becuase they never brushed anything and there was clearly lots of debris left. I came to the store and when I asked how it should look, I got the expected answer. then I showed the person pictures. he then went to get a manager. this entire time I am as calm as a cucumber. she comes out and says well my picture shows murky water. I show her the pics and she says 'I don't know what that is'. CLEARLYthe pool was not cleaned properly..actually barely cleaned. I showed her a clear pic and asked 'you don't see that'? She got that cold dead look of 'I'm standing my ground and disregarding you' and walked off. I paid almost $800 and left the store.That attitude and the bully technique does not work with me. I am hoping I can post pics in this site. You be the judge. I will never use R&S again for anything.

There is ALWAYS an excuse or something is ALWAYS someone else's fault. Needless to say it is now September, I have a concert hole in the ground a little chance of finding someone else to do the work. My above ground pool took over a year to be able to swim in, and the work is not all completed to…read morethis day. I've not heard from the company in months (it all started in April of 2021). 1. THE POOL IS UNLEVEL BY ABOUT 6 inches. 2. When installed, the skimmer was placed about 1/3 of they way around the pool from the pump with PVC pipe running that distance. 3. The crown layer of my retaining wall has not been installed. 4. The pool was filled last year, but no one came to close it, as I was told would happen (due to being a 1st time pool owner, I was trusting, but now my hope and prayer is that no one ever has to endure what I have, with this company. 5. Lack of or NO communication, even after expressing communication was a huge issue for me. 6. i filed with the BBB, but they did not receive a reply from Jeremy Baum, the owner. 7. The piece of the trim on the outside of the pool was cut into, in order to fit around the skimmer, should not have happened. 8. The pool pump has no way to stop the water from rushing out when I remove the lit to clean the basket. 9. No schooled instructions were given on how to properly treat the pool, open or close it. I've had to learn most things on You Tube or ask co-workers who have pools. 10. They needed to pull a pool permit for my location, and the paperwork was sent to St. Louis County, instead of the City of Florissant. I did my own checking, and that's what happened. I pull permits on a regular basis, and that was the first mistake that should not have happened and slowed down the whole process for over a month in the beginning. 11. Jeremy met me to pick out the rock to go around my pool. I made it clear that i couldn't afford the one I liked, so I would go with plain white. He said lets get what you LIKE, and he would cover the cost. The rock company told me we needed much more that what Jeremy ordered, so now, I have the rock I like, but there was no landscaping paper laid, and it doesn't cover all the dirt. 12. My beautiful lawn was destroyed having the mountain of dirt on it for nearly a year. Jeremy Baum always had plenty of reasons and excuses why my job wasn't completed or on the back burner. I was kind, patient and understanding for over a year. I finally gave him an earful and he tried to turn it around on me....trust me, you don't want this company! in closing, I could go on....and these are not my opinions, these are factual errors & poor workmanship and customer service that i have to live with, or pay to fix, because the company just doesn't seem interested in completing the job.
