They also have a really good system where you can trade in your old consoles and games, against new ones, and others can then buy pre-owned games and consoles at bargain prices. This is well worth a look if you want to buy something as you can save loads of money this way. The shop is quite big, and staff are helpful but because it is very popular you often have to queue to pay. Game do a loyalty card as well, so you can collect points everytime you buy something.

Once in there though the actual shop isn't that big but it holds all electrical cables, batteries, computer, audio and television equipment. Some of their products are over priced but I have had a good bargain from there in the past. The staff are all helpful and friendly and know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to electricals.

They have a good range of products including; clothes, decorations, stationary, home accessories and sweets. This is only a small selection of what they do actually hold though. This can get quite busy especially when I've been here at weekends and this can be annoying to walk around especially as I have a pushchair to take around aswell. Anyway, they do a have a few members of staff around the shop so if you have any problems then they are always around to help. There is plenty of parking close by aswell so this is quite handy aswell especially if you end up buying quite alot.

Upstairs you have top man and general guy stuff including shoes. There's a smart section with suits that also has an exit to Rampant Horse street. The clothes are generally ok and made to suit the xxs type no problem. There's changing rooms in this level that may or may not be staffed but I've never had a problem taking anything back that didn't fit on second try. They will even refund things bought online. They do student discount of about 15% as well.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the actual shop itself is very sort of laid back and casual not like some other department stores. It's quite pleasant to look around this shop even when it's busy as it's all spread out well and their clothes are always nicely on display.
