My cousin and I came into this store looking to buy something to wear to a graduation. Found some things but had some questions. After walking around for about 6 mins we walked around to the back of the store, the salesperson was behind the counter talking on her cellphone. Clearly not taking about business. She did not even ask if we needed anything when we walked by her. After a few more mins more customers came into the store. The girl finally came from behind the counter and greeted the other customers. She never asked if we needed help or say anything to us. I will never come back into this shop. The clothes and accessories are nice but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Good Customer service is crucial to a small business in a small town. read more

looked EVERYWHERE for a pair of Not Rated Toot Toot boots in taupe in a 6.5 & couldn't find them anywhere. I finally stumbled upon the That's Hot Boutique website & saw that they had the boots in either a 6 or a 7...the only other sizes I could find anywhere else were like an 8.5 or larger! I called them just to check if they had a 6.5 & they confirmed that they didn't, but one of the ladies was really helpful & tried the boots on to let me know which size would be best, as she was also a size 6.5. I ordered the 7 & they fit & I'm super excited!! Also, be sure to explore their website - not sure how often they have the sale going on, but they had a discount code for 10% off on one of the pages :] Not to mention, they shipped the shoes out the same day, e-mailed me to let me know the shoes had shipped, & included a handwritten thank you note! read more

We started That's Hot in 2005 in a small 900 square foot building specializing in junior clothing . In 2014 we moved to 33588 Us Hwy 280 in Childersburg into a 3000 square foot building and now carry lines catering to all ages from baby to mature adult. We also carry sizes from xsmall to 3X.
