I ordered a 9x13 pan as a birthday gift for a friend. I was told it would arrive in approximately 6-7 days. We experienced a nasty snowstorm and I expected my item would be delayed as a result. Imagine my surprise when it arrived early, only 4 days after I placed my order! The design on the pan lid is adorable and both the pan and lid are of very nice quality. I have used this company at least 4 times for shower gifts. My last order was 6 days ago. I had a special request as I needed this pan in 10 days, as I remember the last time it was delivered in a week and I was quite surprised as it is engraved. They came through again. i received this pan as a gift from my son. i baked fudge brownies in it. they did not turn out well at all. they stuck to the pan and were very dry. i did not receive instructions with my pan so maybe i did something wrong. i also usually use a glass pan for brownies. is this pan supposed to be sprayed with pam as my other pans are? i am very hesitate to use this pan again which is a shame because i am sure it was probably not cheap. read more
