Within one hour they were already loading the items on the truck. There was a mix up with the items that I needed to be removed, as I was in route to the house and not there just yet, but they never once complained or became impatient. They were very friendly, respectful and fast. The price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate the extra items that was needed with no hesitation.
