This is a very safe gym to train at for all levels. But it is also a serious and professional gym for amateur and professional fighters looking to get to the highest level. I always say that if you want to measure the quality of a gym. Look at what they have done, who they have produced, and how much they have grown. They have built fighters from amateur to the highest level such as Phil Rowe and Lucas Alexander, who are now in the UFC. They have fighters such as Rodolfo Viera, who is a legend in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jacare Souza, who is a legend in BJJ and MMA. And many others in the UFC and top organizations. There is no question that Fusion is one of the top combat sports gyms in the world.

Kristen is high energy which is perfect for such a high paced class. Shes friendly and motivates you to push yourself during the class.
