They do respond 100% but not in a timely manner. I wouldn't say they are available 24/7, my accident happened last Friday and we are into Monday now. SARA was eager for this case but things went complicated when I cancelled an insurance just to find out my other insurance doesn't cover the accident. Instead of dragging this case on for 3 days, looking for a way to "represent me" she states: "following review, can we forward this case to someone who MIGHT potentially represent you." This is a HUGE red flag, time is of the essence, unprofessional, inattentive, unresponsive. My husband purchased a new car for me and 3 months later I was t-boned at a major intersection with all 4 of my children inside.
