Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

I met Anthony, the owner of XTOLIA, through a mutual friend. We began discussing my business website and online presence over several weeks. Initially, I was not even looking to purchase a new website, but Anthony strongly persuaded me that rebuilding and managing my website would be essential for my business growth. Throughout our conversations, he presented himself as a Wix specialist and website expert. He performed a website audit, pointed out issues with my current site, discussed SEO optimization, traffic growth strategies, website layout improvements, and ongoing maintenance services. He sent examples of websites he claimed to have developed and spoke very confidently about the results he could provide. Trusting his expertise and professionalism, I signed a contract on April 19 and paid him thousands of dollars via Zelle in good faith. After payment was sent, communication completely stopped. It has now been over a month of repeated calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups with virtually no response or accountability. I have received no completed work, no meaningful updates, and no resolution.
