Due to the age of the floor, and the unavailability of the existing floor product, we had to do a complete replacement. My wife and I were most impressed with Michael Yanez, owner of Best Budget Flooring and Remodeling, so we chose his company for our wood floor replacement. We couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. Best Budget replaced our engineered hardwood with luxury vinyl flooring. It only took Michael's flooring and painting teams three days to complete the project. The floor is approximately 1000 square feet. They moved all of our furniture, hung plastic to prevent dust from invading the rest of our home, removed the quarter round, removed the old floor, sanded and prepped the foundation, installed the new floor, repaired the water damaged baseboards, installed new quarter round, painted all of the baseboards, cleaned up after themselves, and moved all furniture to exactly where we wanted it. We were blown away with how quickly the project was completed. My wife and I absolutely love our new floor. Michael and his team were knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Michael visited our home several times throughout the three days to make sure everything was going well. I couldn't be more impressed, and we would absolutely use Best Budget Flooring again. The owner came out and could not figure out why it was coming apart. Several month later a worker came out to fix it took one look at it and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Went to the store and owner Sean Rose told me it could not be fixed and the flooring had been discontinued. I asked for a copy of the lifetime garruntee the floor came with and was told it was probably 25 pages long and he would get the manufacturers rep to call me. Haven"t heard from him either. Not sure why the floor could not be fixed after it was installed but not 5 years later. Something about it might mess up the whole floor. Buyer beware. Calls are not returned and commitments not kept.

Local, VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS He is very knowledgeable and will talk you through exactly what he recommends being done/why he recommends it being done that way vs another. He breaks it down for all the dummies (like me) who know nothing about rug treatment. Very transparent on the whole process & the pricing aspects of it. The day he was scheduled to come it was raining, and we had planned to take my 90 sq foot area rug outside for him to thoroughly deep clean/pet treat it. Instead of canceling due to the weather like most, he offered to come get the rug and take it home to his shop in Lindale and complete the job. He picked it up on Friday and had it back to me, fully dry might I add, on Sunday. This Veteran came on Veterans Day & completed a job for me when he could have taken the day off.. So decided to take a chance on having him clean my awful tile that I hate that covers most of my house!! Goal is to replace flooring at some point, but in the mean time, Aaron has helped me know my tile is clean! I still hate it but I don't hate it as much now. 20 years of buildup on textured tile is not easy and I'd say border line not possible to clean without the right tools.
