Nursery location is decent, and the website and visit appear to be good, but unfortunately not all staffs seem to know what they are doing. I don't trust they can keep the kids safe and provide a decent education. read more

My son attends Advantage day nursery full time and absolutely loves it. he is always happy to go in and never wants to leave. The staff are always really friendly and you can tell they care about the children they look after. The facilities are amazing ,my son loves the jungle gym and sensory room. The nursery offers so much more than other nurseries in the area. I can wait for my son to start pre-school so he can go to forest school. Overall I would highly recommend Advantage it offers my son everything he needs to thrive. read more

Horrible place, would have given zero stars if that were possible. Was here for a year and my baby would come home starving everyday. He is quite a good eater at home, so we spoke to staff in the room who blamed my baby for refusing food. He never ever got nappy rash at home but always had one after coming back from Advantage. We wondered why that was the case as his nappy looked clean when we collected him at 5 in the evening. One day we went to collect him at 3:30 in the afternoon without advance notice and were shocked to see him wearing the same nappy we had given when we had dropped him at 7:30 in morning. Turns out the staff were changing nappy based on parents pick up time and not every four hours as they were supposed to. We spoke to the staff and that got resolved fortunately. In summer my baby would come back home very thirsty, crying for water. Would speak to staff every morning during drop off who would promise they offer him water but didn't. One day a staff member even told me if my 13 month baby is thirsty, he can always go and fetch it himself or ask for it! I had to remind her she's is talking about a 13 month old baby. She apologised but the problem was never resolved. In winter the staff would send my son out to garden without putting on the jacket and hat we provided. We suspected that as his jacket looked untouched in the bag and my son always used to catch a cold after coming back from Advantage, but staff in the room insisted they always put his jacket on. Then we saw pictures in their online portal called Tapestry of my baby playing in 5 degree Celsius outside with no jacket or hat. Spoke to staff in the room again. Initially they denied, then when we showed the pictures they admitted they had forgotten in my son's case as there were quite a few kids, and will be more careful in future. That issue was resolved to be honest but I still feel like crying thinking about my little baby with no warm clothes in that weather for a month. When we tried to raise all these issues with management, instead of getting any sympathy, the answer was we were putting too much pressure on their staff, they feel stressed out and our expectations are too high. We have left Advantage now. My son is in another nursery and he's doing very well. He's well fed there, comes home happy, not crying for food or water, and I've not had a single reason to be unhappy about. read more

Fantastic nursery. Have had both my daughters there. I needed a nursery that was flexible as I work part time as cabin crew and work different hours/days from month to month. They have been brilliant. I would let them know a month in advance of my roster and they would fit them in. They could do this with my eldest until she left when she was 4, and with my youngest, until she went into the 2 year old room. They are all lovely and friendly and always made me feel like my children were special! The staff turn over is very low and many of the staff are still there from when my 1st daughter started in July 2012. Something which I believe is quite unusual for nurseries. I have never had a complaints or cause for concern. Yes, they are quite expensive but highly recommend. read more

My daughter has been attending Advantage since she was 19 weeks old! She has thrived being there. Being a first time mum and starting to wean but the staff were very supportive along with the kitchen staff too. She is currently in the toddler room and LOVES it! She is so happy, and to her how much she talks, the songs she's singing I am so proud of her and so thankful for all of the staffs support and love towards my daughter. The observation system Tapestry is very good. They upload photos and videos of her and I can do the same for them with our adventures at home. I highly recommend Advantage! There is no other nursery I would chose to send my daughter. read more

I would not recommend this nursury to anyone, I had a job offer in the area so needed to place my kids at nursury asap. I viewed the nursury and the carpets were brown!! Absolutely filthy and one of my kids is a crawler. There didnt seem to be enough staff around for the amount of kids either. I was rushed around the viewing and pressure sold immediately, i told them i had another viewing but was told that they needed a depoist today (£175) as they only had a couple spaces left, i was told this was fully refundable (alass in the small print i was rushed into signing it was not) the very next day i found a much nicer nursury which is clean and bright and really friendly staff and absolutely no lying pressure sales staff. I immediately called to cancel at Advatage and of course my deposit was retained. (held less than 24 hours) (bearing in mind my legal right to cancel a contract is 14 days from signing) i emailed and emailed the manager of the nursury and after 7, yes 7 months recieved a reply only to be told by the manager that it was my word against their pressure sales staff and i would not receive a refund. Don't waste your money there is much cheaper and better nurseries in the area. My children absolutely love their new Nursury Playtime Day Nursury in Chessington :) read more
