I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. I not only feel better now, but the lower back issue is entirely resolved and my muscles feel not just great but much more capable of taking on the duties I give them: rock climbing, cycle commuting, and wrenching are all huge parts of my life, and quite demanding. When I start to feel unnecessarily achy or fatigued I think more about what's really happening: are my calves wrecked from the massive ride I did or the fact that I have been really bad about consuming as much water as I should?
