She does a combo of ears, hands, and feet, and is attentive to needs to vary pressure. However, the biggest turn off during my appointment was the blatant anti-masker behavior that did not seem to stop. As soon as I got on the table I was told to throw my mask across the room if I wanted as she did not believe in masks and wears hers below her nose as an act of rebellion. I didn't want to argue with her in the middle of the service, so kept my mask on while she went on and on throughout the service about how she doesn't wear a mask, thinks it's a conspiracy, and that the government should not be able to tell people who to have in their homes. She also went on about how the flu is worse than COVID, numbers for COVID are a lie, masks are a hoax. Terribly misinformed and ignorant, and this went on in varying degrees throughout the treatment. I would've been fine with quiet! On top of being unprofessional, it is also blatantly against state and local public health guidelines. Alternative medicine does not have to mean ignoring science. Additionally, she seemed to also spend a lot of time trying to sell her personal acupuncture business and other specials at this location, and gave lots of unsolicited advice for ways to treat various problems she found. While the reflexology was wonderful physically, I cannot imagine returning to such an unpleasant experience. I came to relax, not hear about your ridiculous conspiracy theories for an hour!

I booked a session hoping to get some sort of relief for the pain I've been experiencing on the right side of my face due to inflammation from excessive sinus fluid build up causing major swelling in and around my jaw making it difficult to eat and open my mouth. I arrived at the address listed online, 231 W 4th St Unit 202 at 12pm to an empty building under construction. I received a VM from Viridian owner confirming my appointment at 12 telling me I would be receiving an invoice with a cancellation fee if I did not show up. The nice people at the construction site helped point me in the right direction. I arrived at 12:45 PM. I showed the owner the address online, she shrugged it off and said the correct address should be in an email I didn't get. She was dismissive when I told her I only had 15 min remaining before I had to head back to Fort Collins. She did offer to stay longer but I only was given a 30 min extension from work. Since I couldn't stay for the full 30 minutes I booked she let me know I'd be getting an invoice for canceling the appointment. She looked me dead in the eye with no hesitation, didn't show any sign of compassion or empathy for my situation. I received her cancellation invoice before I even made it back to work.

I got to the point that I couldn't even look up without a searing pain ripping through the left side of my neck. I have to tell you that it was the best massage I have had in years.
