Great service. Had pants hemmed with very little fabric to work with but they did a phenomenal job!

I live locally but was only home for a short period and wanted to get my dress shortened before I left town. They're only open MWF, so I went in on Friday. If you're just dropping off, you don't need to make an appointment but if you need to try the clothing piece on they have you make an appointment so I did that. The ladies were very friendly. I had a long formal dress that needed to be shortened for a work gala. She told me it would take about 3 weeks which was fine because my event wasn't until the beginning of December. I surprisingly got a text Monday saying my dress was finished, which was about 2 weeks earlier than expected. They did a great job and were efficient and it was reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend the Alteration Shop for any alteration needs, but especially if you have wedding alterations to take care of! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly, but Whitney was a tremendous help with all of our needs for our wedding! She did a terrific job not only with my wedding gown, but also with perfecting all of the bridesmaids' dresses, hemming up my mom's outfit, and even made matching face masks out of the remaining material so that they all matched perfectly! I can not say enough about this alternation shop. The ladies in the shop are so friendly and are so helpful. My wedding dress had lots of beading and the way the dress was designed it was going to be a little tricky. All I really needed was for it to be hymmed and Whitney did a wonderful job on my alterations. None of the beading was touched! It did not cost me a fortune to have my alterations done. Around $130. David's bridal wanted $200. I would definately use this shop again, and I highly recommend this place for any new bride! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! :) read more

The ladies were incredibly helpful. We needed an alterations for a wedding outfit for my 93 yo mother. They were very sweet and patient with my mom when she was trying on the clothes. Linda and Whitney are the best!! I've been to them several times. Once with a really big order: a whole wardrobe of pants, skirts, dresses and jackets that needed alteration. They did a fantastic job in a reasonable time, considering the size of the order. They've also been extremely helpful at last minute "emergency" jobs.
