We arrived for the tasting 10 minutes early and were told we missed our time. She told my daughter 1:30 and she put 1:00 on her calendar. She confirmed her mistake from her text messages. After realizing this was her mistake, the lady told us that they (she and the chef) couldn't do anything to accommodate us at all. Mind you that we took off work and drove 3 hours on a Thursday afternoon. They would not move it to later that afternoon but offered the next day so we could drive another 3 hours one way to the business again. No thank you. She was very flippant about the miscommunication and really didn't seem to care much about our time or feelings. Just sharing so this doesn't happen to someone else. I guess they don't need the business. It was very disappointing and upsetting to a bride to be.
