Jill prepared my Mom's 80th birthday cake plus 50 cupcakes for our guests. We had a beautiful 2-tiered cake (it was a piece of art!), with snickerdoodle and tiramisu flavors on separate layers. Personally I liked the snickerdoodle the best. We also picked matcha, red velvet, German chocolate cake, and the Earl Grey lavender flavors for the cupcakes. This place is amazing! A cute place tucked away on Smith St in Union City, Ca. I am a picky eater when it comes to cupcakes. My niece introduced me to this place and I am so glad she did! The owner changes her cup cake flavors each month. But you can special order any cupcakes. Sorry, I forgot the names on the photo but trust me all were good! One of my favorite is the Burnt Almond flavor (not pictured) It is delicious! The place also sells ice cream and pastries. I will have to try them next time. It officially opened Wednesday (2/1/23), but I couldn't make it then either. So I show up today. I get there before school lets out. The space has been renovated and has plenty of seating. The young lady who runs the place was welcoming and full of information about her baked goods. The BFY (Better-For You) Treats got my attention. I ordered two BFY Cupcakes. They were delicious! The owner is the baker and cashier. She is a one man team and love her work ethic. I was honestly wasn't expecting much when I came in but I loved every pastry I ate. I had gotten the pumpkin spice cupcake, mushroom hand pie and sourdough bread. The cupcakes were so moist and the frosting was perfectly sweet. I really loved the mushroom hand pie and I could probably eat 3 in one sitting. I really like how she said the sourdough was made that morning.
