I have been to Community drug in Torrington Wyoming. I picked this Pharmacy because it was close to…read morewhere I live. But every time I go there the ladies there always seem like your bothering them. I always call in early to have my refills filled, at least and hour or more ahead of time and they say it will be ready but it never is and I understand that they could be real busy but domy tell me it will be ready when I get there and it's not. This last time I called as soon as they opened to get a refill on a prescription just for nausea. when I got there at 11:30 am of course it was not ready. Then the lady filling the prescription came to the window to let me know she only got the lable done but not the prescription. then informed me that my insurance wasn't going to cover it because they only refill it so many times. I said how much will it be if I dont go through insurance she said about the same. I said ok go ahead and refill it.. the whole time she acted like I was bothering her. Then she just shut the window on me. After I got my prescription I told them I would not be coming back and in a very sarcastic tone one of the ladies yelled out Have a happy Thanksgiving. They are very rude with their customers. I was told by my neighbors when I moved here that they have had bad experiences with this pharmacy but I thought since they were closer I would use them, but I actually did not look forward picking up my prescriptions there. but this will unfortunately be my last time I go.
