In the middle of a two-week vacation in Scotland, we had some laundry to do. Staying at Doubletree Glasgow Central, there was supposed to be laundry service; however, they did not note that there was no service on Sunday! This laundry is only a few minutes' walk away, open seven days/week, and for £24 (cash-only), she washed, dried, folded, AND delivered our laundry to the hotel (sealed in plastic)! It was a terrific time-saver to be able to leave the laundry and spend our final day in Glasgow doing fun stuff rather than sit and wait for a wash and dry. We had one load of laundry, all washed (our choice, cold water) and dried together (10 pairs of socks, ten underwear, six t-shirts, one cotton dress). read more

They were very nice and accommodating. You can either wash yourself or let them do it for you. It is the same price either way.

When on vacation, last thing you want to do is laundry. Happy to discover this place that for a small fee will wash and fold for you. Very convenient. But, CASH ONLY! We didn't have any but they told us we can pay when we pick it up in few hours. They are open 10-6 for those who want to do their own laundry. We were told to pick up our load by 4pm. I was traveling from the US, I desperately needed to get my laundry done, I saw this place was only about .5 miles from my hotel, so I got an Uber and went there, The lady there told me "Go and have some lunch and be back here just before 4pm, I'll take it from here" When I returned (just before 4pm) my clothes were ready, all folded neatly in a plastic bag and ready to go... My reason for only 4 stars is the location, I've never walked up and down so many steep hills in my life I know it's not the lady's fault, but the business owner for being in that locale Great service tho' I wish I would've gotten the Lady's name, She was great at her job read more

It was the closest to Adelaide's guesthouse on Bath Street, just 5 minutes away, and across from a nice green children's playground. There were 6 front loading washers, 3 different sizes (costing £6, 8, 10). Everything was clean, and the machines looked new, though the premises were a little rundown. 6 dryers, costing 20p, but you really need at least £1-2 to dry a small load, 15 minutes for each £1. Old coins only for the dryers, not the new coins. I didn't see a change machine or laundry soap dispenser, and nobody was there when I got there, on a Sunday morning at 8am, but the door was open, so I checked at the liquor store a few shops down, and the owner cheerfully gave me change for my £20 note, and walked me over to see if I understood the machines. read more

My husband and I are here in the UK for a 2.5 week trip, which means we need to do laundry at some point. Our hotel offered laundry but we have to pay by the piece, so it's going to add up quickly. We packed our dirty clothes and walked half a mile to this launderette. They have machines for you to use and you need coins. Alternatively, you could pay them to your laundry. For us, it cost £20 for one huge load to wash, dry and fold. It took about 1.5 hours (because the machines were available when we arrived) and we were free to roam about the city to do some souvenir shopping. Yes, it probably would have been a tad cheaper to use the nearby Revolution machines at the BP Petrol Station, but it was well worth the extra £5-6 for them to take care of your laundry. We're on vacation, so might as well splurge on the personal service. When we picked up our laundry, it was neatly folded and bagged...I almost felt guilty having to open the bag so I can pack my clean clothes into my suitcase. Overall, I would highly recommend using this business. read more

Don't use this laundry for full service for anything you care about. Dropped off laundry' they didn't do an inventory or receipt and only took cash. They delivered most of the items washed and folded to our hotel which was nice. We realised next day that we only received one sock in a pair and they still had our 3 fabric laundry bags. We emailed with a photo of the missing sock first thing the next morning and called and was told they didn't have it. We caught an Uber there this morning 2 days later to retrieve our bags but told the sock was thrown out yesterday after 2 days! It was sentimental as it was a present from my daughter. Extremely disappointed service without taking responsibility. Beware! read more

I called in to wash some stuff and was out in an hour, wash and dried. The lady working there helped me to select the right wash and dry. Great service! We dropped off a ton of laundry during our trip and were able to pick it up in 2 hours - all folded and packed up for us. Great laundry service in central Glasgow! We were in town on holiday and hoped to find a wash and fold service near our hotel. The Hampton Inn by Hilton didn't offer laundry service on Sundays, so we took our huge bag of laundry to this place. The woman who does the wash and fold is stationed at the small market a couple doors down. She carefully sorted out our delicate sweaters/jumpers, and hung those to dry. The turnaround time was super quick so we had lunch and came back in 2.5 hours to get our clean clothes. The service was a great value and well worth the extra 5 pounds to do the wash and fold instead of us using our day to use the machines ourselves. read more

This is the closest self serve laundromat to the hotels downtown. They have machines of three sizes and very big dryers. The staff is very helpful. read more

What fantastic service!! We have been backpacking across Europe and were desperately in need of laundry services. We planned on doing it ourselves in one of the many machines, but the owner told us about their service to wash, dry AND deliver for only £18. She also told us about some wonderful shops and eateries close by that we were able to check out.
