I had the carpet on my landing and stairs replaced by the Ashley Flooring Company just before lockdown during a redecorating spree I went on. I spoke to a few carpet shops in the Epsom area, notably a larger chain but they were absolutely no help, so I moved on. Their shop is a little out the way from the high street, but if you look out for their sign, you can find them easily enough. Their service was good and I'm really happy with the carpet in general. It was nice to deal with a smaller company with a personality that genuinely seems invested in your satisfaction rather than a faceless chain, which has become the norm in this day and age. My husband went into their showroom a while back to ask about a new hall way and living room carpet/floors, took a little while to find as its just back from the Epsom High street down a short lane. They came to our house a few days later and took some measurements and showed us a few samples, we settled on the type we wanted and accepted their quote.
