It's free, it's monthly, it's upbeat, and I find myself looking forward to new issues. I am not aware of any other local publications that focus on women, and it's nice to be able to pick up a paper full of essays that range from pleasant to touching. They did have a recent feminist issue. My opinion is somewhat slanted (I have often wondered in frustration why "feminist" is stigmatized here), so I have to admit that this really cemented my loyalty as a reader. Reading Skirt! is a great hour-long escape!

I just left one last night that was taken place in Dunwoody..yup yup FREE yet again. ;-) The look and feel of Jezebel makes you want'a read and explore what's inside that's for sure. I consider it an easy read magazine compared to most. You are updated with the latest hotness in the city and you can find out the most loved events that are partaken around the city of Atlanta. They provide great lists of top businesses in different industries with information about its chief officers, years in business, number of employees, and total revenue. An annual survey is conducted to rate Atlanta's top companies to work for and it's quite an honor for a company to win in their category.
