Well it used to be a nice place to live now with the Tenant board only thinking about themselves and not the tenants they are all about spending money on what they want and not what the tenants want...the new property managers are hardly there and when they are they tell the tenants to email any complaints which they promptly ignore...it's sad cause it used to be a nice place read more

I lived here for 5+ years. Great location (if you have a car) since it's less than 10 minutes to most places in Waterloo and 2 minutes to the highway. Also there's a grocery store, bookstore, coffee shop, sporting goods store, and a hardware store right behind the building. The condos are great, the full-height windows are just amazing, the underground parking was a big plus. Most residents of the building are retired, so you won't ever be bothered by noisy neighbors. Building management is good, the elevators worked great, the snow was always cleared before I left for work, etc. I really can't think of any downsides of the place. I do not recommend living here. The condos and other tenants are nice, but the management team is extremely unfriendly. The day after me and my family moved in we were told by the manager that this probably "wasn't the best fit" for us, and that she was already expecting us to be a problem in the building. She made it pretty clear we just weren't welcome here. We are well educated and responsible tenants. The other managers have also treated us unwell, talking to me and my husband like we are 12 years old. Unfortunate as I really like the building. read more
