    Lovely matcha latte
    Lily F.

We've been stopping here for our Saturday morning coffee for the last few weeks and we really love it here. It's not huge, but large enough to have your own space while you're sipping on one of their delicious drinks or eating their meat pies. Absolutely love the friendly staff. We usually get the Long Black but I've also had their matcha latte and I love them both. One of our new favorite places that's nearby. Highly recommend

Nice coffee and pastry spot tucked in commercial area. I didn't get coffee but tried a few of the Aussie style pastry. Give it a go if you're looking to try something different.

    Cute little hidden coffee shop

Stopped by here for a matcha of course and it is definitely a hidden little coffee shop. It's located on a primarily commercial road so you wouldn't probably just drive by it typically. That said, it's definitely a clean and friendly atmosphere for you to meet up with someone or work or just have a relaxing morning. I have to say I think they are a little overpriced for their offerings. I got an 8oz matcha for like $6+ that's pretty small for the price. I mean you pay that for a 12 oz usually elsewhere. Additionally I found the options to be pretty basic they didn't have many syrup options or specialty drinks like I typically find at other shops.

A friend suggested we come here--coffee for her, tea for me, and something sweet--because this place is just so awesome! They make everything in-house, have tons of gluten-free and vegan options, and even offer sandwiches if you're looking for a solid lunch spot. The vibe? Cozy and inviting. Plenty of tables inside, with some wrapping around the counter--great setup for both catching up with a friend or just enjoying some solo time. I was so excited to see my friend that I arrived a little early, mostly to make sure I'd pick up the tab (sneaky move, right?). While waiting, I chatted with the staff, who were super sweet and personable. There was a customer ahead of me, and honestly, I thought she knew the staff--their interaction was so friendly. Then, when she left, she introduced herself like they'd never met before! Wild. But that's the vibe--welcoming and warm like you're among old friends. Now, the space itself--bright and airy, thanks to those huge windows that let in plenty of sunshine. And the parking situation? Insane amount of spaces (huge win). Since the weather was nice, we opted to sit outside, which was perfect. My friend arrived, and time for the goodies! She told me they're famous for their walnut banana bread, and since I hadn't been here yet, she insisted we try it. I mentioned I still needed to work out, she said her too, so we split one--health balance, right? (Haha!). I had a ginger turmeric tea with honey--delicious! It was so nice to enjoy a nourishing meal and a healthy drink with great company. Before leaving, my friend grabbed something for later--I did too, though I honestly don't remember what exactly (haha!). But I do remember a little almond cookie, and let me tell you--so delicious. Best part? It's super close to my house, which means this will be our new go-to spot. Can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu! You guys are doing a wonderful job--keep it up! Let's go, y'all--see you there for some low-calorie sweets!

This place is a super hidden gem! It is hidden in a part of town that not a lot of people go to! I like that because for a coffee shop, it wasnt too packed! It is in a safe neighborhood, and there was plenty of parking! The theme is super cute! Their mascot is a koala, so they have a ton of cute merch with it. A negative i would say is there weren't many unique Australian options. It's just your basic coffee shop options, but that's fine. I got the basic dirty chai latte which was good! Another negative was there was no greeting upon arrival, just a "What can i get you?". We are all different in greeting people, but i guess it just made her sound like she was not happy to be there. But oh well. The day was beautiful, so i sat outside and enjoyed the weather. The best part of my experience is just that it is not oversaturated with people, it's just quiet and chill here. I will continue to come here until it gets too full to sit.

    The great Aussie breakfast

Brought the wife to Dallas for a New Years shopping trip. Discovered an Aussie bakery and cafe close to where we were staying. Hit the place up for brunch. First off the cappuccinos were amazing. Bold espresso flavor heavy on the milk foam with a generous Mocha sprinkle. Traditional meat pies, we tried the lamb and it was spot on. The vanilla slice and Lamingtons were traditional enough to make this Perth boy home sick. A slice of down under joy in Dallas TX that you have to try.

I will make it a point to come back here the next time I'm in Dallas. The service and the decor were amazing. However the coffee (the real reason for the trip) was incredible. I can't wait to come back!

Loved this place and will visit each time I'm in Dallas! We tried many things: fresh squeezed juices, savory pies, chai latte, and a regular coffee. The chai had a unique flavor and wasn't too sweet. The pies, vege and curry chicken, were SO GOOD! We had them for breakfast but they would be perfect for lunch. Definitely not your average pot pie. The fresh squeezed juices were refreshing and a yummy combo of fruits. The vibe was laid back and the staff was incredibly friendly and happy to make recommendations.

Still great! Update is regarding the PUMPKIN SPICE syrup - fenomenal! It was described as more smokey than sweet and that's exactly how it is and I loved it. Also the pumpkin spice pound cake is amazing, all flavors are wonderful here, just as wonderful as the service!

That said, once we arrived, it was absolutely packed to the brim. Every table was full, including a private conference room, and the space itself isn't small at all. I imagine it's a bit easier to find seating when the weather is nicer, but today was freezing, which made their six outdoor tables completely unusable. My mom ordered the chocolate croissant and said it was the best she's had at any coffee shop I've taken her to. We had it warmed, and it was incredibly rich and indulgent. The coffee was fine--nothing memorable--but the matcha was to die for. They had about six people working in a very small space, and despite that, service held up well considering how busy it was. The crowd skewed younger, with lots of people posted up working for long stretches. Definitely a long-haul seating kind of place. The vibe was great: louder music, energetic atmosphere, and it somehow all worked. There's also a stuffy (quiet) room available for rent if you need it. Matcha rating: 8/10. Second best matcha I've had in Dallas so far--better than La La Land, but still not topping Tried & True Stellar, which remains my #1. This place has real character--very local, very lived-in. I'd come back 100%, probably earlier in the day to snag better seating, since once people sit down here, they really settle in.

If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.
