Sip a bit of good wine and look around in the Grisk creative univers. They serve food influenced by the Spanish tapas traditional. You can pick from the ever changing menu, or ask for the chefs choice of the evening - either 3 or 5 servings. The chef make the food in the bar on his BBQ. He used top quality materials. The ingredients was marvellous. Unfortunately the chef was not able or capable realise the potential of the food. Something went wrong in his composition of the different tastes. Some of the dishes were blank even though the ingredients were more than fine.

I have tried all of the whiskey based cocktails and had an off the menu drink. They were all lovely. I really like the maple syrup touches. And the fancy ice cubes. One suggestion: I wanted a candle on my table. Its Denmark in winter!! Where's the candles?!?
