had a dented rim and found these guys on the interwebs. made an appointment, the cost of the rim was very fair. loved the customer service and the cozy atmosphere. Todd is a brash joker; don't go if you are thin skinned. When the work was done on my car he came in the lounge and asked "do you own that beige infinity?". I told him to eff himself. To which he replied.... "give me a day with your car and you won't recognize it". 1 day an a few hundred dollars later I had a factory condition car. outstanding also this guy donates to the community in a large way. read more

I wanted to get some scratches removed and they added hand polish and wax onto my lancer as well. The quoted price was very reasonable. James who worked on my car was amazing, very professional and nice as well as the girl who was working the front desk. Will definitely be back! read more

What a great place for a car wash. The staff were happy to describe the types of packages. The outer car wash was quick and efficient. The inner wash was super fast. My dad brought his truck when I had my car done. His car is OMG gross. They spent a long time getting it cleaned. But the staff didn't give up. The truck was spotless inside and out. I swear the staff must be angels or one heck of a team to get that bad boy clean. The sitting area is clean and inviting. I barely used their couch since the staff were so efficient on my clean. I had a sleeping baby in my back seat and the staff were patient while I unloaded the car. I can't wait for the oil changing service to open so I can make it my one shop stop. Recommendation. Stop at erin Mills town centre. There is a spot on the bottom floor that is giving you an opportunity to scratch for a discount to this place. ;) read more

Be prepared to have your change missing every time. Very clever they take a few bucks so it's not obvious. The wash is good the interior is horrible waste of money !! The manager Vanessa is rude and rather be texting on her phone then speak to customers! Unbelievable. Terrible service. Here is the sequence of events: wrote them an email to book an appointment. after 2 days i hear back - Todd (owner) books me on the date of long weekend. then changes - twice. on the day of the appointment, with all the back and forth i mis-calculated my time (thought it was 11 but was 10am). Called to reconfirm / reschedule. SARCASTIC tone of Todd says 'come over between 11 and 11:30). Got there at 11:28am and was told there is no way they can take me. Explained to the gent at the counter that Todd asked me to come in anyways, and asked if I could speak to Todd. Todd comes out and first thing he says is "why did you call for me?" and proceeds to lecture me on how appointments work. I have NEVER experienced worse service. It was my mistake to misread my original appointment but if I'm called in, I expect to be served. These guys have an attitude problem and I would NOT suggest them to anyone. Save your money, go somewhere else read more

My car is an Toyota Echo 2004. Today june 4 2014 I had an appointment for a Quicky. A wash and vacuum for 30 dollars. Someone checked my car out and said he has to charge me an extra 50 dollars as there were pet hairs inside. I told him to just vacuum and leave the hairs. I didn't care if there are hairs. But he said no as it wouldn't look good. So I told him I'd cancel and walked out. In my humble opinion this looks like a scheme to extract more money from a senior. Or the car was too dirty and too much work for 30 dollars. I'm very disappointed in The Auto Spa and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Waste of money. The interior guys did a horrible job!!! My interior was less dusty when I got there. This place is horrible and the management is horrible. Everyone is on there cell phones instead of working and attending to customers. 45$ later my car is dirtier than before it went in. read more

The crew at the Auto Spa has been taking care of my vehicles for the past 4 years and I can honestly say that I cannot complain. Whether it is a collision repair, paint matching, new rims and tires or just the normal cleaning, washing and detailing that my cars require, these guys have always had my back. The owner is a fanatic when it comes to quality and he has been around this business since 89, which shows in the way he approaches a problem. My Corvette had a really hard colour to match after someone rear ended me. These guys repainted my car's parts probably 8 to 10 times because he was not happy with the initial result. Have not been able to perform repair at the place. Agreed on estimate by email, sent clear photo (2x2" scratch on the bumper). Received estimate by email and was even suggested some cheaper options might be possible. Yet, when I brought the car, another guy from AutoSpa has given me 40% higher estimate for the same and ignored anything that has been discussed by email. Customer service was great, but very over priced for what you get. I was charged extra for removing dog hair from the ceiling of my car and the dog hair was not removed. The salt stains on the carpet is gone, which is great. Also, they removed items from my car during the cleaning and didn't put it back - had to go in twice and will have to go back because there are some more items missing. Not overly happy with the cleaning, but at least the customer service is really good. read more

I made an appointment to bring my car here for an oil change. They currently have a "spring special" going on, which is essentially the cost of a regular oil change and includes a free hand wash; I figured I might as well take advantage of this. I arrived on the day of my appointment, 10 minutes early. I checked in, handed over my keys, and took a seat. I kept busy on my phone, and flipped through a magazine. I checked the time every so often, and began to get antsy after an hour and a half had elapsed. I'm not one to speak up in these situations, so I sat quietly and hoped that my car was almost ready. Finally after TWO HOURS, I was called over to the desk; had it been any longer, I think I would have just asked for my car back and left. The woman at the desk told me that my car needed rust proofing, and asked if I'd like to have that done; considering how long I had been waiting for a simple oil change, I politely declined. She said that my car would then be washed, and I'd be on my way. My car had clearly just been sitting around for nearly 2 hours. Another 10-15 minutes later, I was called back to the desk to pay. Another reason why I had brought my car to this shop was that there was the promise of a multi-point inspection; my car is getting old, and I like for professionals to check it out when I take it in for oil changes. After paying, I was not given any checklists of inspections that had been done like I usually receive at other shops. I inquired about this, and the woman told me that the inspection had been done and everything was fine. I have a service light on, and mentioned this to her; she told me that this was something that I would need to pay extra to have looked at - that the inspection only covers basic points. Fair enough, but why not even mention this to me? I am aware, though, that the reason the service light is on is that one of my headlights is out. Are lights not part of the inspection? I am convinced that no inspection was done on my car, and am not too happy about this. Had I known that the Auto Spa would be so careless with my car and kept me waiting around for 2 hours for a job that should take no more than 30 minutes, I would have gone somewhere else. I won't be returning, and I don't advise that anyone go here. read more

Don't take your car here if you care about it. Especially don't take your car here if it's a dark colour. These people ruined my paint. I have new parts on the front of my car due to a collision I was in back in July. I specifically asked if there are any risks to working on a car with newer paint. They said absolutely not. I took it in for a polish and removal of a few scratches that were deep enough to be worried about, but when I picked it up, I saw swirl marks all over my paint from the buffing machine. I also had scratches from head to toe on the car that weren't there prior to dropping it off - a brand new car and now looks about 6 years old. I called and complained. They told me to bring it back, assuring me that they would remove the scratches. I asked "are you sure? the last thing I want is for it to become even worse!" They assured me it would be fixed. The second time I picked up my car, it was a complete mess. Although shiny (so impressive from a distance), all you have to do is look down and see scratches everywhere. In addition, the paint has been worn off in a huge patch across the hood - which is visible by anyone walking by. They claimed they revealed overspray and it wasn't their fault. I now have to repaint my hood at the minimum. I didn't get a refund for this damage ($500 for my car to be ruined) nor an apology. I went by a respected body shop in the GTA for their opinion and they confirmed that the damage on my vehicle was incurred by the machines and the huge light patch now visible across the black was not overspray but most likely due to the buffing machine held on one area too long - moving back and forth. Had a rust hole in my 08 Ford Escape, back wheel area. Just wanted them to do a quick fix, nothing fancy, just fill the hole and make it look half decent. I never expected perfection and told them so. He quoted me $150. Took two days and I picked up my car and it looks awful. I could have done this myself. And they charged me an extra $20 for paint! So the first quote did not even include paint. They did not even sand the filler down and its all bumpy and a big mess. Sure the rust hole is gone, but this almost looks worse.
